  • A subscriber asked me what my Go To restaurants were here in BGC, Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila? So I put together a short list. This is not an all encompassed list, as there are hundreds of great restaurants here in BGC. But this is a list of some of my favorite places that I frequent when I eat out. Check it out.

S and R (local Cosco).I like the salad/burger/water plus senior card under 5 $. The good things after my meal. I walked back to our condominium, and it lowered my sugar .....but now, I need to upscale my meal .....Thank you for your hard work.Good job, JJ. 😊😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤

There's a Ballywood restaurant down at the end of High Street in Serendra. And there's a Mediterranean restaurant in One Bonifacio. I'll have to try those. I've been to a couple of really good ones in Bangkok that my Lebanese friend took me to. Thanks for watching.

There is sone very good food in the Philippines. But for us men i would suggest you make a major sacrifice and start focusing more on your health. When you are enjoying the country and enjoying life you want to live longer and healthier as long as you can. So yes the local dishes and back home restaurants that are here is tempting and delicious. And yes enjoy but set limits on how often. Try to cook most of your meals at home and make them healthy.

Stay hydrated and try not to go out between 11 and 4 each day. Try to walk where there's shade. Got the places with AC or if you're at an outdoor venue find one with a fan.
