Big improvement thanks. Enjoyed the first few minutes especially when we can see you sharing your enthusiasm on camera. Better than the studio voiceovers. Maximise the piece to camera and minimise the scripting. Enjoyable review thanks.
Checklist for today:
1) rob a bank,
2) get a Triumph Tiger 800,
3) ride into the sunset with a large smile on my face :)
4) Chased by cops on 1200 GSs. ;D

Great review. Just bought one couple weeks ago and already have over 1000 miles. Really easy to stack on the miles with this bike.
Free review and information, with the ability to stop and move on at any time, yet people still complain... Shaking My Head, Rolling My Eyes 🙄

The bike is expensive, but it comes with so many features others don't offer or you need to buy aftermarket. Engine guards, engine bash plate, aux lighting, cruise control, heated & adjustable seat & grips, new high tech gauges, etc, etc. Throw a set of panniers & GPS and off we go to Ride the Divide!!

Seems like a decent upgrade over the current XC variant, but not so much for the XR unless you want the new tech & willing to pay for the options.

what is your height and what heigh one should have in order to ride this bike in confidence?
Some good changes there, buy tightening the legroom for shorter riders loses me. Triumph keep doing this. I guess for markets where people are shorter...

Downpipes look restricting.
The collector of 3 to 1 create huge HP as noted by the 94 HP for small 800cc. Aftermarket slip on will assist w/power & less weight.
i love the look of this bike and the creature comforts but its hard to justify the price.
there are better off road bikes in the class
there are better touring bikes in the class
both for cheaper...
Oso 11 can you give some examples? (Not challenging, just genuinely curious)
Orry Terrington Africa twin better off road, bmw better touring, ktm or Ducati hard to beat too and cheaper

That's just like your opinion, man.
Nice bike, but I'd rather have a V-Strom 1000 XT which is over 2K cheaper. Plus it's better-looking, although I don't doubt the Tiger is better offroad. A CRF250L would be better, though.
