I've been doing many exercises and watching yoga videos for my knee pain. This was the one that stretched it out the most I think! So far I've only been getting more pain the day after every exercise for some reason, but this one already feels different. thank you so much :)

Thank you, Kassandra! I've recently been introduced to your videos and am really enjoying them! I especially liked the forward fold from the Cow Face Pose. I do have a problem on the last pose with the strap though, when I pull/cross my leg over, I feel a tight/sharp pain in the front of my hips. Do you have any suggestions on what stretches might alleviate this or how to adjust this pose for myself?
Yoga with Kassandra - I have been suffering with IT band issues for a couple of weeks as I am wrapping up training for the Boston Marathon. I've spent hours and hours researching the best ways to treat it. Rolling, stretching, icing, resting. Nothing was working. I tried several other yoga videos. After I did this video, I could really tell a difference. I have been able to run the last couple of days with no pain. I'm doing the video twice a day now. I cannot thank you enough!!
Do you have any recommendations for people with bad knees? I can't get close enough to many of the poses to have the appropriate impact. Cow face and standing pigeon in particular.
I am having major pains in my right ankle because it is over pronating. Never happened before but I've done so much yoga, daily, for 115 days in a row and with all the warrior poses I over opened interior and my outside has not that it is causing my right ankle to pronate. I did this today along with a classical stretch IT band practice to give my body a break.I never had this problem when doing HIIT or weights only developed with yoga which is so strange. I need to do MORE exterior yoga stretching after a practice to even things out because my right IT band was super tight.
Great for after my run, thanks! But like people said below please wear contrasting leggings to your yoga mat, haha. I have no idea what I' doing during pretty much any yoga session so I need it dumbed down real good haha.
You might want to have your model not wear black leggings, as it is difficult to see which leg is over the other. Same for the mat, it's difficult to see the poses.

Track season just started and my right IT band has been so sore, it was effecting my running. This really helped relieve the pain.

Excellent instruction and poses, but demonstration difficult to follow due to black clothing against a black mat, In a low light room.
