I felt the same way this past weekend. After a slow week I tried the L’Etape Main course and bombed. I had to quit after the first lap. Absolutely awful day. But we live to Zwift another day! Cheers, great job!

good question about the saddle - i've also moved my saddle half a centimetre forwards. I definitely notice how I "fall" more towards the handlebars.
I don’t mind the extra weight going through my shoulders, just struggling to find the perfect position which engages both hamstring and quad… lots of tweaks going on at the moment
I did this one yesterday and Every power up was a damn Ghost!! 😢

I was in a B cat race on Sunday and my HR went to 208, scared me senseless, lol.
I don’t think I’ve ever hit higher HR’s then when I train indoors
Speaking about the bike sit side of things is great, I've hit my best numbers this month big jump up with ftp and best 20 min effort , when that happens moving anything makes me think what if I lose watts and can't get it back there , I do notice in my 20 mins effort I do slide forward on the saddle when my legs are burning and it makes holding thr power abit easier, which maybe means I need the saddle to come forward I might give this app a try
I sometimes do the same and find a small shift can be a bit of the break on certain parts of the muscles on the legs.

Started following Chris Hoy on zwift after reading his autobiography. Copied his 8 x 30s sprint workout! Really gets the legs pumped after. His book also really gets you in the mood to go train.

Out of curiosity does your heart rate vary between different devices? There can be a large difference between the two devices that I use...
I use the same heart rate monitor for all my activities- but they all connect to different devises. So Suunto watch, IGPSport bike computer and then Zwift
