very helpful video thank you very much!!!
i have a question about breath manipulations!
a lots of people saying to do slow breath outs in different kinds of meditation, sports
so 5 sec in 5 sec out is hyperventilating? i’m sorry for dumb questions i’m a noob

There are different protocols - slow down both inhale/exhale, slow down only exhale etc. All of this is a version of hyperventilation :-)

I'm a totally beginner. For me is the Relaxation before not the Problem, but in this moment when i inhale fully, i feel directly uncomfortable. My heart beats loud and hard. In this moment my relaxation is gone away... 😒😅

It is a common problem, dont worry.
You can train your ability to do a max inhale - do relaxation bresthing for 30-60 seconds, then do a full inhale and hold for 3-7 seconds. During this short breath hold relax your chest/shoulders/neck etc. Exhale. Repeat 10 times
Also practice different stretching for the chest. Here are few th-cam.com/video/2H2W9to_UPE/w-d-xo.html

You are making a logical mistake. Not every method of breathing manipulation lowers CO2, some of them increase CO2 and are used by top athletes

You are correct. Manipulation can lead to both hyperventilation (decrease CO2) level and hypoventilation (increase CO2 level). But in most cases, when freedivers interfere with their breathing in order to hold the breath longer, they do hyperventilation (it is indeed helping to have later contractions, but increase the chance of BO).
