Jagaban has had the vision to run Nigeria towards the right direction and that's why he took off running the moment he was sworn in as president. As a governor he has had the vision to build a coastal road and the administration whom presided over Nigeria before could not do it and he can now and commenced his vision. That is what you call a visionary leader. Not the ones going around without plans and giving statistics or ru ning away from Nigeria and living abroad and then when it's time for election, they run back to Nigeria to cause confusion in the system and call themselves leader. Jagaban all the way.
Bet me this project is gonna be one of the abandoned projects tomorrow, nobody in APC is thinking, all of you are just the same, rail lines across southern Nigeria and middle belt will bring so many benefits than this, this project might be good in the nearest future but for now it is not necessary period!
Dave Umahi has built international airport today nobody is using that airport for anything and also to some of his projects in Ebonyi state, beautiful nonsense, APC are wasters of scarce resources.

You people always look at thing on the surface. For God's sake, tell me the importance of a super costal highway from Lagos to Calabar? We have things that are EXTREMELY important that needs to be done. MANY MANY MANY federal roads within the country are VERY BAD.
Our hospitals, schools, and many amenities are not up to par. No stable electricity. Minimum wage is still looking ugly, more than half of our people can properly feed.
And, all this government can think of is a coastal highway from Lagos to Calabar????
For your information, the idea for the project was initiated by a business man called "Chagoury". Does that name ring a bell. The same man behind Eko atlantic.
And, he is one of Tinubu's confidants. I believe at this point, you should be able to do the maths.

The money to be spent on this white elephant 🐘 project can be used to construct rail lines across the southern Nigeria and middle belt, rail lines that would link southeast, South South to southwest, if properly done would bring a lot of economy benefits now and in the future, southern and middle belt roads are always busy, get your priority right.
Nigerians understood Atiku's analysis better than all their explanations based on technicalities of concealment 😎

Enugu to Anambra federal road has been bad for over 40 years you left it to create your own road to build to pocket money. This is bad Umahi and that’s what you did in ebonyi . You left other old uncomplicated job that other governors didn’t complete to start new ones so to chop money . I know you did a great job in ebonyi but remember that ppl are dying in many uncomplicated road left by old government

Atiku should buried his head in shame he is not in a position to be talking about development as far Nigeria is concerned, he was chairman privatization committee who sold off our national asset at ridiculous prices, he was the one that awarded $16 billion for electricity contract and till date nothing was done now he want to be relevant.
The president and minister Umahi know their onions. Atiku should leave Nigeria alone and let those who really love Nigeria do the fantastic job they are doing for our people. Atiku has nothing to offer Nigerians as we have seen and understood what a big failure he was as V.P. to his boss Obasanjo who later kicked him out of office.

The project is great for SS and SE. They need to intentionally include SW by extending to Akure-Osogbo from Benin. Passing thru Ijebu to Ore before Benin is bcos they are in the way. 90% of SW or Yoruba area is isolated. Too expensive to isolate 90% of a region by design, intent and execution. Yorubas in Lagos to Ijebu are minority in SW / Yoruba, less than 6%.If that is what they want, we will start shouting out minority. It is a much shorter life expectancy for the majority Yoruba when they are being isolated. Even those who have money won't have peace, and of course they are actually living shorter
So, the Lagos-ibadan road never do south west abi? Na only una dey Naija?
