    Come on, that's the most overrated pedal in the history of the solar system. Collective hype can make anything possible. The Klon is not very versatile, it sounds very generic. Besides its clones, you can achieve a generic overdrive or give it any desired character by buying some of the other less expensive overdrives and couple them with an EQ pedal, the real secret weapon of the secret weapons.

    • @LivingroomGearDemos
      @LivingroomGearDemos  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      How is it really overrated? I rarely see people actually claiming it’s better than everything else. Prices yes, but that is due to other things than the sound.

    Players should stop to analize phrases like" I havent played with a ""real"" Klon". Whatnthe heck is that idea of "real". It is just a circuit with an eq flavor. Any eq flavor is obtainable if you look to dial it in. It is people pushing their tone vision in an obsesive way that is way too limited.

    what baffles me the most is that this pedal is literally the most boring sounding pedal in history, and yet it has all these mysteries around it.
