You are the first person who saw the crack in Hank's bravado: You suspect that his "crude" "gung ho" attitude is a kind of performance. And you noticed this *before* Hank said, "It's all about appearances."
when she said ....He must be terrified to live with Tuco lol🤣
Yep... "OH Sofie you sweet summer child..."
Shhhhhh
6:16 tío Salamanca is partially why tuco won’t ‘ever ever trust’ people he loves 😢
Lol yea she has no idea who he is
That poor old man.🤭
The way you busted out laughing when tuco said "so what? You'll get another one" talking about his family 😂😂
✌️✌️
Your laugh is infectious 🫠 I love how much humor you find in the show. Especially tuco lololol
Those are hydraulics in the car and used in latino gangster culture in America
"latino gangster culture" please shove your racist stereotypes up your fucking ass. its a part of mexican-american culture, hydraulics in a car does not equate to gangster affiliations.
I will never forget my first new year's on Hollywood Boulevard, it was as if the cars were break-dancing up and down the street. By the way, it was 1982.
“So what? You’ll find another one.” I believe it reminds you of GoT. S3 E9 Red wedding. Walder Frey says nearly the same thing to Caitlin Stark. 😉
Good call on Hank - he likes to be seen as the tough, streetwise, life of the party alpha agent, but he is a professional underneath the showmanship. He doesn't miss much (no pun intended) and he keeps on digging until he gets a result. Walt needs to be VERY careful not to get on Hank's radar.
One of the "early great episodes" of the show. Tuco was such a great written character, and he was only in the show for a few episodes. That's one of the things that makes BB so great. The commitment to go the extra mile. Ever character, even the side characters, are written with so much depth and detail, you don't even get from the main characters in other shows. Fortunately, there will be a lot more great characters coming up down the road.
Yep. That poor old, scared innocent man. 🤣🤣😉
In the original script, Jesse was supposed to die in this episode but people loved Jesse so much they continued his character.
FIY: Jesse was supposed to die in s1, that was the idea and the script, but Aaron Paul did such a great job they kept the character
So Walt said Jesse was the one selling him some weed, which now leads to this. Just a big coincidence that Hank was also looking for Tuca at the same time. The bouncy car is part of that hydrolic lift culture and "lowriders". th-cam.com/video/mYw81DtkkUU/w-d-xo.html
We need at least 2 episodes in a row ❤😊
I really love your reactions to this show
The actor how plays Tuco uncle Is the same actor how plays the assasin of Sosa in Scarface.
In the scene where Hank went to talk to Jesse's mother -
Mrs. Pinkman: If he had spent half as much time and money on his education as he has on that ridiculous bouncing car.
Hank: Lowrider, huh?
"Lowriders" are cars with custom hydraulics to make them "bounce", popular in some Mexican American culture. Here are some from a recent car show in Los Angeles: th-cam.com/video/-bkoxSSMS80/w-d-xo.htmlsi=SNri9j6R8OvGlXzT
Here's another great video. Yoel and Mari, recent immigrants from Cuba, explore Chicano subculture: th-cam.com/video/dtchJsuEuvA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=6yjB41NF2BCGhue_
Just fyi, as a teacher, Walt’s fingerprints would be in the system.
Loved your reaction and looking forward to more!
Aarom paul who plays Jesse really got locked in the trunk when Tuco slammed it and when Tuco threw him through the door Aarom paul got a concussion
Honestly though the actor that plays Jesse is my favorite exactly because he portrays anger, pain, and terror, all so so well!
Yes you will see how good of an actor Aaron Paul is at playing Jesse this is just the beginning he gets so good as the series goes on his crying scenes are so real
I can't wait until you finish this and move on to Better Call Saul
Tuco of course is at this Psychotic Drugged Up best here with his disabled uncle, not named at this point. He wants to relocate Walt and Jesse to Mexico to cook, and awaits the dreaded Salamanca, 'Cousins'. When Jesse shoots Tuco we get a degree of satisfaction, but of course it's Hank that's turning up and not the Salamancas. This is where the show seems to really pick up, (not that is wasn't brilliant before), but with Tuco out of the way, the stepping up of the leagues now can begin. As I said before the cinematography in this show and Better Call Saul is just amazing, adding incredible atmospheric tension.
it doesn't matter if bullets are small
there is a lot of physics behind bullets that make them like small cannon balls ... .......
Not just Awesome, its THE GOAT. For least, MountRushmore of GOAT alongside
The Wire, The Sopranos and uh.. uh.. what's another one?
*Twin peaks, Better Call Saul or Bands of Brothers or what?*
Yea you got that about Hank and his macho attitude it's a show all the time
Please please pleaaase upload breaking bad more often🙏
Hydrologics make the car bounce
Trust me by the end, you will not judge Tuco. Few seaaons to go.
From a person that lives in New Mexico, I’m glad weed is legal. Smoke up!
Dean Wormer once said." Fat ,Drunk and Stupid is no way to go thru life
And they forget to grab Jesse bag od money in his car and the gun they left too that Tuco almost killed Hank with but in him doing so he rubbed Walters hand prints off the gun
Yeah the acting only gets better from Jesse. He’s got amazing range
Tuco was initially meant to be the main antagonist for season 2, but his actor, Raymond Cruz, eventually found the role too difficult to portray and so asked for his character to be killed off early.
You are smart tho
"Jess" doesn't work as a short form of "Jesse". It's feminine.
Hank a good guy? Not really. I hate most drug dealers but Hank like most cops is not your friend, some military will tell you that about the blue. Only the Karens in the military become cops lol, like Frank Burns in MASH
Ferret Face! 😂
Marie is why people do not respect women. "My husband muh husband" lol
