Breaking Bad follows protagonist Walter White (Bryan Cranston), a chemistry teacher who lives in New Mexico with his wife (Anna Gunn) and teenage son (RJ Mitte) who has cerebral palsy. White is diagnosed with Stage III cancer and given a prognosis of two years left to live. With a new sense of fearlessness based on his medical prognosis, and a desire to secure his family's financial security, White chooses to enter a dangerous world of drugs and crime and ascends to power in the world. The series explores how a fatal diagnosis such as White's releases a typical man from the daily concerns and constraints of normal society and follows his transformation from mild family man to a kingpin of the drug trade.
Better Call Saul is the prequel to the award-winning series Breaking Bad, set six years before Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) became Walter White's lawyer. When we meet him, the man who will become Saul Goodman is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet. Working alongside, and often against, Jimmy is "fixer" Mike Erhmantraut (Jonathan Banks), a beloved character introduced in Breaking Bad. The series will track Jimmy's transformation into Saul Goodman, the man who puts "criminal" in "criminal lawyer."

It is interesting to note that Tuco is the only member of the Salamanca family who was killed for reasons not related to Gus fring's revenge.
As if Gus figured he'd just get himself killed someday. It was the masterminds like Lalo who he needed to plan against.
Tuco was kind of the black sheep of the Salamancas too, presumably because he was an addict and such a loose damn cannon.
Even then, he has some part in it. Hank being DEA, los Pollos Hermanos were heavy funders of the DEA. So technically Gus paid for Hank to be on the field and Kill Tuco, or Gus payed for said equipment that ended Tuco’s life.
The DEA doesn't take public contributions. Gus was donating to a hospital, or some other public facility.
gus knew tuco would take himself out eventually, he had to have known about the prison stint Mike threw him in
Can't believe Hank killed Jesse Pinkman. He was a hard man to find.
I read your comment as soon as it was spoken on screen. Bravo, perry.

I loved how the hydraulics on Jesse's car mimicked the heartbeat of Tuco in his final moments as the car stopped bouncing as Tuco slowly succumbs to his fatal wounds.

did you not see the bullet wound in tucos forehead man was already dead
I’m surprised Walt didn’t bring up Tuco’s death during his fake confession implicating Hank. He wasn’t out there for DEA work, he was searching for Walt who could have twisted it by saying Hank took out a rival.
@jonathan deavey he was searching for Jesse in order to find Walt because Walt went missing.
I'm pretty sure he didn't want anyone to know he was there for the death of Tuco.
@jonathandeaveyhe was searching for Jesse to find Walt technicallly
The fact that Tuco would've been the main villain for the entirety of Season 2 if it weren't for his actor being stressed by the role is so crazy.

Peak Walt "smarts" right there
Lol . Exactly .. and hank didnt even seen them?
Yeah, I thought that was pretty weird too but it's also the case that Hank's attention, in the aftermath of the firefight, was on Tuco, and that the hydraulics of Jesse's car likely masked the sounds of Walt and Jesse's fleeing.
I mean Hank was focused on dead Tuco rn... Plus if they stayed around longer they may not have a second opportunity to actually get away once place is crawling with Feds

If it wasn't for Walt's terrible, jumbo-sized ego and pride,
Jesse's car wouldve never created a consciousness, becoming self-aware and partying hard to the firefight. Perfectly shows what a devil and good of a manipulator Walt is. He manipulated Jesse's car since it was one single baby-tire 🥺

To be fair, he was already seriously wounded from a gunshot wound, and being bashed in the forehead with a rock. Even if Hank didn’t finish him off, Tuco still could’ve died from his injuries.
"But what if he shot you in the face?"

BTW door cars cannot even stop 9mm so don't hide behind them. Only safe point on a car is the engine department.
Helps provide another point of contact to stabilize the shot though.

The sound of the car shaking when tuco is about to get killed is the exact same as the sound you hear in bcs when lalo is about to get killed in his house.
It’s pretty normal for hank to talk to jesses mom and then think someone that looks like tuco came from her for a quick second

Fun fact, Hank and Tuco are the exact same age real life
Thats not even true...
what bothers me is the fact that Walt and Jesse ran away unnoticed by Hank in the middle of the desert with absolutely no cover
I didn't know glocks had 55-round magazines
he fires like less than 20 before having to reload
1:02 Hank: "They ain't going to find him Gomie. He's probably in México by now"

This is the exact moment Tuco Salamanca became dead
Walt got upset and ran because he thought he saw Hank and Tuco getting freaky in the car 😦
I love how they are recently uploading clips
Just bring it up to your shoulder and take controlled bursts. Hank would have been dead in no time.
If he had just aimed a little he wouldve turned hank into a spaghetti strainer.
Actually, Walt indirectly already started giving trouble to Gus from Season 3 03. At 25:00 with the meeting between Bolsa, and the Salamanca's... it was Tuco too, that had set the downfall of all the parties. The butterfly effect. Hank was there, and Tuco, etc. But if we're talking about where Walt decided to be involved in the whole mess, it was at the start of his inadequacy. For Gus, he was already given trouble at the start, and he knew. The second time was when Tuco was dead, and his brother in law was involved. Wondering as to why Gus wasn't careful of sending more hitmen to dispatch Hank off... that is the true question. Clearly a high level ranking criminal businessman like Gus would ensure that.
That car has the worst engine knock ever.
I can tell that Tuco doesnt know how to fire a rifle, he just spray and pray
I didn't realize this show had magic in it! Tuco managed to conjure at least 100 rounds into his, and Hank managed to get almost 25 into his. Maybe they should have just thrown fireballs at each other.
It goes to show why laws limiting ammo capacity are so important. A maximum of 8 rounds will still allow someone to fire at least 20 times.
god you gun nerds are so obnoxious
I thought the same thing. People have been making fun of Hollywood shootouts featuring guns that never run out of ammo for decades. I mean, in this day and age, can't they get that right? Pathetic.

Absurd that Hank wasn't hit in the opening salvo.
EDGELORD: Watching Hank kill Jessie while the automobile waltzes with joy.
you want your target to go down? you gotta aim down your sights

I would have loved to watch a brawl between this two, Tuco and Hank.

Jesse’s car is a good representation of my parent’s bed at 2 in the morning
Breaking Bad was wild! The first 2 or 3 seasons, it was almost a comedy at times.
The way walt and jesse goofily run away gets me
I just wish I could have asked him where he bought his shirts before he died.
That M4 sure had a lot of rounds in the magazine!
When salamanca and Schrader started a shootout, (just listen, don't try to watch the vid itself) it sounds like you are hearing a everyone fighting each other using rifles and assault rifles.

With Tuco's aim? No way.
In search of gold we lost a gem

Howard, Mike, Hank, and much more people would like to say otherwise
Walt’s was the saddest
@@Kim.Ju-ae i don't think it was sad, it was very epic since he avenged Hank, killed Lydia and got Jesse out of his prison. Not to mention that at that point of the series Walter wanted to die and he had become a terrible person.
@@swampfire_edits8976 Yes, he died on his own terms. Walter was the best 💪🏼
How lucky Hank was to not take a single bullet from Tuco
Hank unknowingly took out most dangerous most of the salamancas
How eerie it must’ve been for Hank. The realisation that what he was looking at was a blood soaked drug kingpin who was impossible to find and not the Jesse pinkman he was looking for
Hank the Salamanca slayer!!
I love how in movies and TV they manage to fit 150 rounds into a 30 round magazine 😆
Tuco takes a rock to the face and a contact wound to the gut, and he's still able to walk around, carry, load, and fire a machine gun?
On what planet does a semi auto handgun outshoot a fully automatic M16? None....those holes in Hank's door are pass thru rounds, they wouldn't hardly slow down going thru that door. No protection at all... this is just stupid....
Hank just wanted to talk to Jesse about minerals
Now imagine if Tuco actually stayed calm and told Hank that Jesse and Walter were the ones who assaulted him. Tuco would've got some probation time, but Walter and Jesse would've rotten in jail and everything else would've been gravy.
Then again... Tuco and "calm" don't actually belong in the same sentence. :))
Tbf, that would also be snitching to the DEA, and that's a huge no-no, especially for a Salamanca.
Using an even more dangerous criminal as red herring.
Tuco fired 120 rounds out of those 2 30 round mags banana taped together, impressive!
I always wondered where did he get the second magazine from cause Jesse took his gun for a bit and he doesn’t seem to have any on him when he got out from that foxhole.
Hank Schrader took out 3 Cartel heavy hitters and figured out who Heisenberg was.
Walts prints would be all over that gun and both of their prints would be all over the car.
