+abner coelho That is standard operation procedure for any company. Do not make promises you can't keep. By saying they don't know they give the company they represent wiggle room on release dates.
Yup. Attention companies - this is the type of interview that actually moves product when it arrives, and Phil was smart enough to explain why those weren't promises, but what Sig was looking to do.
Rep seemed very knowledgeable about his product. Nice price point and good looks on the guns. I'm sure the Army's recent contract will push 320 sales through the roof.
Personally, I'll take the Romeo over the Aimpoint and save hundreds of dollars. If you haven't watched the videos on the new Sig sights you should, they stand up the same abuse, work just as well, at half the price. Easy choice unless you have the $$ to invest.
I'd like to have a rear side with angular shoulders with the same angle like a IPSC target. I had this on my PPQ and on my shadow orange. I like it because you see a lot more to the left and right. but then again there is always a millingmachine somewhere :)
I know the army is going with the 320 but how good has the rest of their guns been holding up? from some of the stuff I've read they don't have quite the QC aa they used to but you can never really trust stuff you hear/read so any first hand experiences with newer stuff?
Si_Vis_Pacem Para_Bellum or is the X series xchange kits compatible with the regular p320 fcu? Questions I haven't seen answered yet. It would make sense it all was compatible and they would off the XFive trigger separately as well. Full modularity was the whole point of the p320 so I hope it really is
Looks like the 5 inch model is specifically competition/range oriented. I can't imagine anyone would want to try to conceal it for a variety of reasons. Plus, the exposed fiber optic front sight isn't really meant for edc abuse. The carry version seems to do the job its name suggests just factory upgraded. The compact size, low profile slide release, and night sights rather than fiber optics would all be a plus. Both guns provide an integrated red dot mount which is intriguing. The only thing that might cause concern for some is if the trigger pull is very short and/or very light but that wasn't mentioned in the video. I like the looks of the carry model a lot, 17 rounds in a compact pistol with a flush fitting mag (nearly) is impressive.
Totally off topic but was such a distraction to me..."I...I...I..." Number of times Phil said "I" = 13 Number of times Phil said "We" = 0 Leadership 101 - appreciation. Either way...a nice looking product.
Dennis Wilson Considering Sig chose Phil to be the face of this new line, I'm not terribly surprised at the use of "I". Moreover, now we know who to blame that the X Carry and X Vtac aren't out yet.
800+ for a polymer gun, HK learned there lesson on that, which then came the VP line of pistols, not many wanted to pay 8-900 for poly, but these sigs have some nice features
Mid March launch and here it's the end of May and it's still not out... Oh well I got my X5 and it might be the best gun of 2017... Definitely got most of my Glocks thrown in the safe....
This company product is a lot better than the colt he did the other day! Imho! Colt snub 700 bucks/6 shot. Sig 3/17rd mags and a badass semi-auto 800 bucks. The sig is worth the extra c-note! Imho!!!
Tired of winning how you put the pistol out to its final firing position, arms extended, etc...bore axis is improved with the trigger guard undercut and bevertail, also
So is it 1005 or 1500 price??? He says One thousand Five so that means 1005.00. But I could see him Meaning to say one thousand five hundred 1500.00????
bikeracerdude yea I heard they released a few and they were gone immediately. I'm in Michigan and I haven't seen anyone stores here that were lucky to get one yet. I feel like Sig is trying to sell more of the regular p320 pistols because they know people will buy x-carry pistol over that one.
"I.." "I" I did this, I did that, I'm going to ship. unless SIG is a one man show he should really be saying "we".It makes him sound douchy, and unprofessional.
Riddle me this....why does sig always over promise and under deliver when it comes to releasing their shit? 😁 I've been PIF on an X carry for months at their PS
Rare to see someone at SHOT who actually knows what's up with their product.
The Count of Monte Disco I was just about to say that. He knew number and dates. Others dudes "I cant tell ya" "I dont know"

The Count of Monte Disco i
Wow! Can't wait to get hold of this gun!!! Good job SIG, great presentation sir Larry Vickers!
For what it's worth, that may be the best looking handgun I've ever seen.
Rep seemed very knowledgeable about his product. Nice price point and good looks on the guns. I'm sure the Army's recent contract will push 320 sales through the roof.
Awesome guy!
good vídeo!!!
That X-Carry is so nice... I wish I could actually own or carry with one in Canada
Can't wait to see the 45 version next year -_____-
finally i like that gun... Thanks SIG
the one on the right is absolutely awesome... holy fuck i want that.
Larry's like I'd rather put an Aimpoint on there dawg not a Romeo...

I assume we'll be able to upgrade to these via caliber exchange kit?
My only confusion right now is if this is a production gun I will eventually find on their website or is this a custom job by another company?
I know the army is going with the 320 but how good has the rest of their guns been holding up? from some of the stuff I've read they don't have quite the QC aa they used to but you can never really trust stuff you hear/read so any first hand experiences with newer stuff?
When will we see these in stores?
I like that grip module. I'd love to put those on my regular, now kind of boring P320
I hate how he says "I did this" "I did that". TRIGGERED
Nice video bro, show Taurus stand in Shot Show, please :D
damn beautiful gun
Is the X series grip compatible with regular P320 firing control unit?
Si_Vis_Pacem Para_Bellum or is the X series xchange kits compatible with the regular p320 fcu? Questions I haven't seen answered yet. It would make sense it all was compatible and they would off the XFive trigger separately as well. Full modularity was the whole point of the p320 so I hope it really is
Si_Vis_Pacem Para_Bellum Yes it is. Originally it was planned to be a stand alone, but instead they made it compatible with all p320s.
i noticed they just skipped right over that subject myself
twrol a lot of people must be wondering, it just seems odd that they never addressed this question
Christen Smith sounds awesome!
What light is that on the carry model?
Косметические штрихи.
I bet if Sig just sells the striker assembly without any grip module they would do well too.
will it be available in CA?
So are these more for competition shooters? Looks great.
Looks like the 5 inch model is specifically competition/range oriented. I can't imagine anyone would want to try to conceal it for a variety of reasons. FollowMeInfantry yes. Max Michel will eventually rock em. I have three videos on it from shot show on my channel broski.
I haven't handled the x320, but I'm still liking the Legion 229 way more, yes, even at the higher cost....
X5 w/4 21rnd mags, and optics ready..I'm thinking I need one..
Need this gun in my life. Hope these ship soon so I can get one
Great firearm.
Totally off topic but was such a distraction to me..."I...I...I..."
Number of times Phil said "I" = 13
Number of times Phil said "We" = 0
Leadership 101 - appreciation.
Either way...a nice looking product.
I did notice this as well.....
Number mentioned available by end of February = 2500
Number seen on the wild as of March 31 = 0
Maybe the use of "I" had something to do with it?
Dennis Wilson Considering Sig chose Phil to be the face of this new line, I'm not terribly surprised at the use of "I". Moreover, now we know who to blame that the X Carry and X Vtac aren't out yet.
To me, It sounds like Phil is willing to be responsible... a rare thing now days.
800+ for a polymer gun, HK learned there lesson on that, which then came the VP line of pistols, not many wanted to pay 8-900 for poly, but these sigs have some nice features
Heath Marcum I already have a p320 compact, I just want a p320 XFive carry grip.
What kind of light is that?
HEY LAV HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THE ARMY USING THIS PISTOL????
Cool - What is the V-Tac
Bill W kyle lamb viking tactical version
Want! I will not hold my breath on the February release date, but if there is anyone from sig watching this, sign me up for a preorder.
can't wait to pick up sig to add to my collection, but im content for the time being with my m&p. so first comes an AK-47.
So you won't be able to cowitness red dot & irons
i just got a shield 9 but i wasnt that Xcarry!
I like the x carry if they sell the grip module also the price is way to high
I just want the carry grip module. Slide cuts in a carry gun is stupid.
production legal, he said production legal.. as in USPSA production legal?
pretty modular
Take my money!!!
Mid March launch and here it's the end of May and it's still not out... Oh well I got my X5 and it might be the best gun of 2017... Definitely got most of my Glocks thrown in the safe....

What's the "pretension" he's talking about that "translates to much better accuracy"
Tired of winning how you put the pistol out to its final firing position, arms extended, etc...bore axis is improved with the trigger guard undercut and bevertail, also
$1500 or $1005 for the full size X-320 msrp? I know the compact he said $862.
$1500
SoadAddict91 Other youtuber quotes $1005 now so I don't know. Hard to believe its almost double the price of the compact model. Thanks
It might be $1005, I'm just going on a hunch. It just seems like a weird number for an msrp. Anyways, it's a better number than $1500.
SoadAddict91 No doubt! Easier to swing $1005 also!
I want that compact but not at over $800.
does it take glock mags?
lol
GTFO
Where are the Stryk A and B pistols. I have been waiting so long lol
Larry, I am surprised you have mentioned about the US Army adopting the P320...of all people...come on, dude!
So is it 1005 or 1500 price??? He says One thousand Five so that means 1005.00. But I could see him Meaning to say one thousand five hundred 1500.00????
I want them guns! Piw piw piew!!! 🔫🔫🔫
Wow, you'd think he was the guy that designed and built the thing.
EmanP223 I believe he is the one.
He may have had some input, but he is not.
EmanP223 he's the product manager so when he says "I did this" he would be the one making changes.
Product Manager = everybody else does the actual work and you take the credit without acknowledging them
I think Bruce Gray probably had the biggest influence.
I guess CONGRATULATIONS are in order for Sig on their win for the Military Pistol the XM17.
Also would rather have the Legion P226 g grip on the P320.
Still no x-5 Carry for sale and it's November 😩
They're received in and sold instantly.
bikeracerdude yea I heard they released a few and they were gone immediately. I'm in Michigan and I haven't seen anyone stores here that were lucky to get one yet. I feel like Sig is trying to sell more of the regular p320 pistols because they know people will buy x-carry pistol over that one.
I just found the next gun I want
Please make this california legal, please
I will have a 320X5
Cool it looks like they have the 3 gun nerds taken care of, but what about us people that actually use their firearms for self defense?
"I.." "I" I did this, I did that, I'm going to ship. unless SIG is a one man show he should really be saying "we".It makes him sound douchy, and unprofessional.
Any one else think this grip looks like a Glock grip?
Riddle me this....why does sig always over promise and under deliver when it comes to releasing their shit? 😁 I've been PIF on an X carry for months at their PS
Dang Larry's lost some weight
with any luck Trump will come threw , and we can get these with out 10 round mags.. another great video those guns look awesome thanks
The X series has me a little hot and bothered..
That X5 is cool, but 1k+ for a striker fired pistol? Fancy stuff or no, that's up there.
Xciting! I wish they could make it to the Socialist Republic of Commiefornia
Just need smaller capacity mags and it's good to go. Pretty easy fix.
Just another model gun to attempt their version of a Glock.
Not that impressed with it. P320 looks better.
I refuse to buy any US made Sig. They just don't work like they used to.
Been using one professionally for almost 10yrs now with over 10k rounds through it. I'll stick with my Sigs thank you very much!
don't like
Glock forever!!!!!
