Hi there… thank you for your videos. Are rebounding workouts considered weight bearing? Cancer treatment forced me into menopause which in turn quickly put me close towards osteoporosis. I need to be able to do weight bearing in addition to cardio but all the weight bearing videos I find are just too hard and extreme.
I have been doing the rebounder for a few weeks now. I feel it helps so much. At the beginning of the year, I bought a rebounder for $150.00 from Amazon. I sent it back, it was too stiff and hurt my knees hips and ankles. So I invested more $ , with the coupon they provide and tax it was $220.00. Lifetime warranty on jumping surface and frame. You just have to pay to replace the bungies approximately every two to three years. Bungies for the 48-in that I purchased would run me $100.00. So worth it, I bought a Leaps and Rebounders black with silver bungies. My question is does it help to do manual lymphatic drainage prior to it, then put my compression (tank) on and use the rebounder, then take the compression off and do manual drainage again afterwards? Or is just doing manual drainage afterwards enough? My Lymphedema is in my back, on my side where your arm rests and my arm. Thank you for the great video. Is this the only exercise routine on the rebounder you would recommend? Would love to see other routines by you, to change it up.
I've just discovered your channel and I'm into my first week of rebounding. Is it common or possible to have lymph nodes swell when starting due to drainage? I have a slightly sore swelling on my clavicle the last few days. Seems weird but this whole lymphatic drainage is new to me :)
Thank you so much for this… I just bought a rebounder and needed a starter routine. Appreciate all of the great information you share!

Love this work out 🏋️♀️ on the trampoline
Brilliant thank you 😊
What’s a more aggressive workout for someone dealing with stress stage 1 or 2 lymphedema? Does it have to be done on a trampoline?
