I love your paper paintings and that bit of glitter carries the spirit of your work into the finishing touches. I thought Stickles was the same as another product I use but now I see it's not. Thanks!
I volunteered a lot while my son was in elementary school. One teacher, in particular, was very strict. I remember one day when I showed up to volunteer. It was Christmas time and all of her class had made "Christmas bells". She had them in a pile. She also had a box lid, glue, and a big container of silver glitter. She told me that she wanted me to apply the glue and glitter to their artwork ... using the lid to "contain" the glitter while I shook it on. She didn't want to have the kids make a mess. I always viewed that as a cheat. The kids got cheated. This happened about 25 years ago and I thought of it, when I saw your video. Glitter is fun. Everyone should get to use glitter.
I love glitter but have a hard time actually using it so appreciate this tutorial. I appreciate learning about the differences between these products. Oh BTW, there is a white glue product actually called "Art Glitter Glue" but has no glitter in it. LOL!
thank you for the info. my Stickles in the pot got super gummy- maybe I take it out again and put a drop of matt medium in it and give it another try. I too hate regular glitter and have tons of it. your projects were beautiful. tfs.
I’m not much of a glitter person have you thought to make a small container if loose glitter mixed in wit the golden iridescent paint to get that color mixed in with the glitter, it might be nice. Thanks for the glitter tidbits
I was wondering if I mix my loose glitter into my soft gel medium, could I make glitter glue? I have so much loose glitter. What do you think would be the best medium to make glitter glue?
@@ElizabethStHilaire lol if you look back it’s just a line of it. I’m a printer that loves to paint when I’m done I’m a mess, people like us truly embrace are craft, the messier the better for me.
Your artwork is absolutely beautiful!
Wow, thank you so very much
You said to apply the glitter to the sides of the canvas, I said "OH MY GOD" out loud, yes!!!! I will definitely give this a try!!!!
With that kind of a reaction, I think you’re going to love it!

They all have some differences, the products, it’s kind of fun to play with them. I love the stuff with the big chunks!
Wow I am gonna try this. This is amazing.
I hope you love it Erica!
Thanksfor your precious knowledge
@@marlarmyosein2483 my pleasure! Thanks for watching
Adding the Dragon Scales to the hummingbird is Awesome. Great tutorial on glitter glues, thanks! ❤

Glitter is fun! This is a good way to keep it contained for sure!!
These products look like they’d be so fun to experiment with!
I use them a lot on iridescent birds like hummingbirds and crows! Plus the edges
I'm a stamping card maker from waaay back. My motto has always been, "If it's not working, it's not sparkly enough".
I love that!!!
Thank you so much! It really cleared up which one work and how.
Oh great! My pleasure really
I love it!
@@DonnaJo3452 thanks!
Thanks for the great information. That was a lot of fun!!! I love glitter. 💙
My pleasure! Me too
Watched on replay! Thanks!
Glad you did!

That glue is probably used to adhere loose glitter! That a messy business.

Oh thank you! That happens if you don’t keep the lid tight. That product is sparkly, so I wouldn’t use matte medium, only gloss!
Good morning everyone!

I really love these premixed shapes, colors, and sizes of the glitter in these products!
@@ElizabethStHilaire I have got some so I know what you mean

I’m not sure, I’ve never done that! Give it a try.
Does the clear paint product that suspends the glitter in the Glitterific Pop product dry clear or matte?
I show it on the black board all dry so you can see for yourself, to me it’s totally clear.
@@ElizabethStHilaire I should have worded my question “ shiny or matte.” It’s hard to tell in the video. I do love how it’s totally clear. 👍🏼
@@karenharris1678 ahhh yes it’s glossy but not super shiny or thick like some gel products
I love glitter too. Just say no to all over the house though. I also love using the kinds of glitter you use.
Just say NO is right, I’m still finding it… like Christmas tree pine needles in July.
These kinds are way better! And the big CHUNKS!!
Lol you had it in your hair.
I do!!
