Seymour was such a great antagonist. First time playing the game you can just tell the guy is going to be evil so you’re waiting for when he’ll turn on you and then he joins your party and you’re like WTF?
much like how Sephiroth did in the flashback sequences of FFVII. Although with Sephiroth he was much more of a tragic villian, the same can be said for Seymour. Both had lost their only life line in a dark and cold world that never wanted them; their mother.

They didn’t do Seymour justice in his final fight. I wish there were a more difficult version of him to fight in the calm lands arena.
