Damn why has no one done "Challenge" as a metal cover. It's probably one of the best battle theme's I've heard in any game, literally. I've heard ALOT of great battle themes but FFX's music is by the best from any final fantasy game. It's not even used that much in the game either :( Used a few times in Dark Aeon fights, once or twice against seymour and then that one time against the sin spawn at mushroom rock. This maybe a bit late but ho-ly shit would that be a good cover. Awesome job non-the-less. This cover slaps :)

Also, against Yunalesca. That was the first time I really noticed that song... as I spent like half an hour trying to beat her before having to return the game. I failed.

If i remember correctly, there a seymour fight at some mountain and i've seen that hours long cutscene probably about 15-30 times... At least the HD remaster has a skip button. Imo the most difficult fights had the longest cutscenes ^^
Great job on one of my favourite heavier FF tracks! Also I loved your more melancholy cover of 'Sight of Spira', would you consider doing "Price of Freedom" from Crisis Core FFVII? It's such a powerful song at a pivotal point in the history of Gaia, and it'd give you an opportunity to collaborate with one of the many fine violinists on the platform if you so chose :)
To be honest this song I loved when hearing it the first time and also I grew up with final fantasy 10 when I was young and this makes me pumped everytime and you Crushed it!
The one and only true character that comes close to be called the worthy main villain of Final Fantasy X, a story that tried to give attention to something else and still managed to give this character so much exposition. it is a shame he was not highlighted more like a main villain because of the entire rest. Placing this battle right before the Jecht one with him controlling Yu-Yevon's power would have been a solid way of finishing it.
I remember first time I got to the battle, I just summoned his mum on him using that Limit Break thing that let you use her super-punchy move immediately, which one-shotted him and he was all "Ah, even you have turned against me," *dies*. Good times.
Awesome job! I still haven't heard a good cover of "Big Baby Bowser" from Yoshi's Island, if you wanna take a crack at that. It's still one of my favorite boss themes ever, and I am certain you could do it justice. :)
If you read into the backstory Seymour and yuna have a lot in common being half breeds of their respective parents Seymour was cast away and suffered in solitude were yuna was loved and acknowledged though in theory they should have hated her because of that the paths they took were different yuna if she grew up in the same situation as Seymour she would have likely went down the same path.

That's the thing though, the original wasn't heavy at all. It was very tame for a boss battle. This cover is a bit overbearing.
