Is there a link or anything of the sort to Cris’ channel? Or some freeze frames on the video.... maybe we could get more detail on the whole bike... like the fairing, the headlight, the bars etc
i'm getting sick with my current le pera silhouette seat and planning to buy biltwell continental seat. Any difference on the riding positioning from the stock harley seat? i mean on the height and forward/backward position.
awesome low maintence Risers! I'm assuming no internal wiring necessary and those Tracker bars seem to come dimpled. Would you recommend 10 inch Murdocks or 12 inch for someone who is 6 ft tall? I know it is a matter of preference but I just don't want to take a gamble with returns and inconvenience myself and the supplier. Whichever one is more comfortable if anyone has any personal experience within the same height and Murdock Risers?
+Chris B It really is a matter of preference. What we usually tell people to do is sit on your bike with your eyes closed, and put your hands where they are comfortable, then have a buddy measure from your hands to your top tree. Keep in mind that tracker bars have about a 2" rise. So if your hands are 12 inches above your top tree you would want a 10" riser.
It's a drag fairing that's very popular with the west coast mc scene. That's why those style of dynas are called "club style." It does a good job of keeping the wind off your chest while riding, making the ride more comfortable. Unfortunately it doesn't do a good job of keeping the bugs off your face.
Here is a link to a forum talking about that exact question: www.hdforums.com/forum/general-harley-davidson-chat/600529-street-bob-vs-super-glide-custom.html Hope it helps!
How did you do the license plate. I have a shaved fender, and put a sidemount on. I want to be able to throw bags on, so the sidemount has to go, but I want it to lay flat on the fender.
+Walter Kinne I'm not sure exactly how Chris did his, but I believe he used a fender mount similar to this one. www.jpcycles.com/product/970-427 Hope that helps
+Alessandro Battistella It is a RWD Fairing. Im not sure exactly which one but its similar to this. www.russwernimont.com/Cafe-Short-Fairing_p_279.html
It seems that everyone in California has the same risers and bars on there dyna,..nothing original..in Texas..the dynas had ape hangers..high low..t bars...beach bars..z bars..but here in Cali...all the same?
Beach bars?? In my view are the gayist, z bars don't go to dyna the go to a soft tail and choppers and apes 18" and over only 😄 Haha just build the bike as you see fit it's the man that makes the bike.
If anything the show made the look more popular. I'm considering some aspects of the club style for my 2008 super glide custom. Mainly the tall risers.
he'd fit right in with samcro
David Mascari the whole reason I want a glide
I’m told the club style dyna was around before that show
@Hellbound supply yeah the show debut in 2008 the bike is a 2003

Hello, I take the liberty of writing a comment to ask for advice. I would like to know what and the model of the front mudguard.

Seat made in fucking Taiwan really bro that shit won't ever touch my dyna. But a good looking bike.
It seems that everyone in California has the same risers and bars on there dyna,..nothing original..in Texas..the dynas had ape hangers..high low..t bars...beach bars..z bars..but here in Cali...all the same?
