I've been confined to bed or a wheelchair for a little over 5 years (my new lifestyle). My wife and I traveled for many years. The desert was one of our favorite places. Thanks for bringing back the memories!

I am sorry to hear this. I just turned 32 and am pregnant 🤰 and have alot of health issues after I had the original Covid pneumonia. So it's hard for me to even walk around or do normal things and I have to use a scooter to get around because of dizziness, shortness of breath and super fast heart rate. I will pray for you. I also love Robert's videos and it's amazing for those of us who can't do these things ourselves. Thank you for sharing and I hope you take care 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank you! After watching your video for the first time I'm hooked. I retired from 27 years of trucking, and now finally know where I belong. RV nomad. I'm doing my research and saving my money. No dream comes without risk but I'm going to sell my house and fix the old truck up, buy a good used RV, and away I'll go. If there are better RV travel videos, I haven't watched them yet. It's a great time to be alive and free. Live free or die!

Brilliant film! The voice, video quality, the music…they all go perfectly together. Arizona is the most amazing state out of all 50! It has so much to offer and it would take 20 years to cover all the great things it has to offer. Great video! You should be proud of your work, sir

Another fantastic episode from Robert. I just love his way of presenting these adventures, so professionally executed, so informative, really fun and above all...the amazing places he visits, especially the SouthWest. Having just returned from CA (Death Valley), NV (Highway 50), UT (Bonneville, Ogden, Moab, Monument Valley), AZ (Canyon De Chelly, Flagstaff) and finally home I enjoy his adventures even more...! Keep on rolling Robert.

3:13:22 - the motorcycle passing at Canyon Lake on double-yellows while illegal, happens a LOT. The lines are laid out with cars in mind which can’t pass safely. So don’t get too upset if one of us passes you. 👍🏻😁

Glad we were able to make it to the top of Estes Mountain. Yes it became more technical and strenyuus but well worth the view.

And one more thing about the desert while hiking, before it rains (and the storms can seem to come out of nowhere), the humidity will make the creosote plants perfume the desert with the most amazing aroma that's hard to put into words. But yeah, just something else to love about the Sonoran Desert.

Hey Robert, happy Wednesday! I've traveled quite a lot in Arizona, it's nice to revisit some some of those places with you. Love, love, love all those saguaros! Those fighter jets you saw might have been flying to/from a training mission in the Goldwater Air Force Range. I've seen A-10 Warthogs doing strafing runs off in the distance while driving on I-10. If you ever make it back to the area I highly recommend the Titan Missile Museum and Kartchner Caverns. Happy trails!

Robert, I live in the White Mountains. It's an incredible place and well worth exploring with a camper...when it's not winter. Hwy. 191 (formerly Hwy. 666, or "The Devil's Highway") is not a road to drive with a camper between November and April! You gave it a valiant effort, though. I hope you get a chance to visit our beautiful, relatively unknown-to-the-world-at-large region in the summer. It literally can not be beat; lots of areas in the Blue Range, Bear Wallow, and William's Valley through Big Lake is spectacular. You can fly-fish, kayak, hike, mountain bike, hunt...and find solitude and peace. We just do not have the people and crowds that other places near larger cities have (thankfully!). You may hear the howl of the reintroduced Mexican gray wolf, for sure you'll hear elk bugling in September as the aspen leaves turn gold. It's God's country and I do hope you visit in the summer. Look me up if you have questions, I've lived here nearly 30 years as a wildlife biologist and forest ecologist; be happy to show you around. By the way, the burned area you drove through from Alpine south was from the 2011 Wallow fire...our state's largest (sadly) at 578,000 acres. Come back in July and August after the summer rains start, the wildflower show can't be beat.

I've lived in the Southwest for a long long time and once you get it from a jumping cactus, well lets just say you are a lot more careful the next time. Not too sure if the one you showed was a jumping cactus although I'm pretty sure it is a Buckthorn Cholla, the ones to watch out for are the light fuzzy looking Teddy Bear Cholla that seem to jump but they just fall actually, but it is amazing how far they seem to fall. They also have a little barb on the end of the spine so that when you pull it out it will sting and then itch for quite a while. Oh, and keep your pets away because if these spines get in your dogs snoot it will be more than miserable for your animal while you are trying to remove them.
