I keep wanting to hit the Like button and keep realizing that I’ve already liked it. It’s happened about 5 or 6 times now 😂 You have a fantastic way of explaining your process and some brilliant techniques. Thank you!!
Thank you so much. I found your tutorial looking for ways to make a lightweight mask. I'm no professional, clearly. And I appreciate you sharing your process. Looking forward to seeing more.
Sometimes you find a rabbit at the bottom of a TH-cam rabbit hole. At the risk of someone mistaking me for a furry. I just want to commend you on a beautiful job. You have combined a lot of fabricating techniques in an impressive way. I couldn't sub fast enough. You certainly deserve more viewers.
Just found this video while researching and just want to say thanks for sharing! Really nice work and now we also know how to make proffesional animal masks! Hopefully you'll be able to see one of our own next year on Swedish Masked Singers!
Hello, I’m glad it was helpful! I sculpted them in wet clay (smooth buff clay for pottery) on top of a plastic mannequin head screwed to a piece of wood. I hope this helps!
I had an idea of remaking some costumes at one of my places of work and this was the exact technique I was thinking of. How easy or difficult would this be to cover with fur or fabric and is it repairable for decades of use? Thank you for this helpful video!
Do you know how varaform is called in spanish? Probably no but I'm asking because in the link that you put in the description it's sold out and they doesn't ship to México (besides it's expnsive as f), it doesn't seem to be sold on other platforms and I want this so bad.
I briefly touch upon how the mould is made in the video. I hope to cover this in greater depth in a future tutorial. If you would like to know more about plaster mould making in the meantime the 'The Mouldmakers Handbook' is a great place to start learning about all manner of moulding techniques!
Hi, very informative, and you’re clearly really talented! but hard to watch b/c of moving the camera so much- I had to look away for 90% of the intro because I got very dizzy watching.
This is an absolutely faultless tutorial video, all useful information, no irritating music or intro. Bravo, you should definitely do more!
Thank you for this video! You've shown me exactly what I need to get and do to form a large mask I've been wanting to make for years.
