This delicious chicken and spinach pie is the perfect comfort meal. Ingredients needed
2 Puff pastry sheets
Boil shredded chicken 150g
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1Tb spoon of butter
2Tb spoons of plain flour
1 cup of chicken stock
1 teaspoon of mix herbs
1 teaspoon of crushed chilli flakes
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
Salt according to your taste
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Handful of Spinach
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
Bake 200 degree Celsius for 25/30 minutes.
