  • Banana ( small variety)9 to 10
    sugar 3/4 kg
    cardamom 3
    cinnamon 1 small piece
    Cloves 3
    water ( boiled and cooled) 1 ltr
    dry yeast 1/2 tsp
    red chillies 5 to 6
    1)AT FIRST,GRIND THE SUGAR INTO FINE POWDER.
    ADD THE CONDIMENTS ( cardamom, cinnamon,clove) AND GRIND ONCE AGAIN.
    THE CONDIMENTS SHOULD NOT BE POWDREED TOO MUCH.
    2)MASH THE BANANAS WITH THE BACK OF A WOODEN SPOON.
    ( dnt use anything steel)
    3)MIX WELL SO THAT IT BECOMES LIKE HOW I HAVE SHOWN IN VIDEO .
    TO THIS ADD THE SUGAR.
    MIX WELL.
    4)THEN ADD THE COOLED WATER.
    5)NEXT ADD RED CHILLIES, YEAST AND MIX WITH THE SPOON.
    6) TRANSFER TO DRY JARS.
    COVER AND KEEP FOR 15 DAYS.
    EVERYDAY,STIR THE INGREDIENTS ONCE WITH THE WOODEN SPOON.
    7)OPEN THE JAR, STRAIN AND STORE IN BOTTLES.
    TASTY WINE IS READY.
