Just made these and they legit taste like Cinnabon. I've been working on my cinnamon rolls for a while and couldn't quite get it right. The proportions in these (butter, flour, etc) are a bit different than what I had been doing plus the cream at the end. I'm not sure of what the exact thing is, but they are like Cinnabon and that's what I've been looking for!
i have always put brown sugar in the bottom of my cake pan im using , a thick layer all across the pan dot with dabs of butter then pour carnation evaporated milk not the sweetened condense just the evaporated milk , over the brown sugar just enough to sorta wet the sugar then put rolls on top of the sugar mix .. after they r baked tip them over unto a sheet pan or whatever and they r gooey delicious caramel rolls ...you can add bits of pineapple to the sugar milk mix too or drop some nuts across the top if desired i do not but do add the pineapple sometimes...you can also put them in muffin tins with brown sugar concoction and pineapple and they r like pineapple upside down cake nummmmmy

Make sure everything that touches the dough isn't cold, including the eggs and the bowl you put it in to rise. I ran warm water over the bowl i used to warm it up before putting the dough in it. Anything cold will stop the yeast from rising. Put the dough somewhere out of drafts and cold air (a/c vents) to proof. I put mine in the microwave (not running of course). Then just give it time. My dough took about 90 min to double in size.
I havent gone through the comments so im not sure if this was already asked/answered. Why do you need the sheetpan underneath the cake pan? Also have you or anyone on here tried using evaporated milk instead of the whipping cream? Ive got both but im thinking the evaporated milk will add a bit more richness than just cream.

The pan catches any overflow of sugar/butter. Evaporated milk sounds like a good idea! Im going to try next time
