I've watched several of these video's and you are by far the easiest to follow. You don't add a lot of filler or mention things that are irrelevant to the video subject, etc. and it's very helpful. I'd like to see the file opened to see what it looks like if it's not opened in a cutting machine program. That way we can be certain we did everything correctly. Thank you for your time and effort making this video...it's very informative.
Thank you! And thank you for the advice! Just so I understand correctly, you would like to see it opened up in cricut to see what it looks like on my end to compare?
@@amjtutorials4018 I'm wondering what it looks like if opened in something other than a cutting machine. Meaning, if I create an image and save it as an SVG, I have no way of knowing that it is saved in a manner that is usable with a cutting machine. When I open the SVG file it looks just like any other file type with the same image -- I have no way of knowing it's truly an SVG image. When I open it without a cutting machine, what should it look like? Hahaha, I don't know if I'm making any sense; however, I sincerely appreciate your response, a lot.
You should be considered a national treasure. You have NO idea how many inkscape tutorials I've watched, trying to learn about svg's before my cricut maker gets here. Thank You...Thank You...Thank You. Clear and consise. With this tutorial I have no doubt I can do this when my machine arrives. I just subscribed and also liked your Facebook page.
My career choice was Elementary Education, but we chose to homeschool! There are many days I doubt myself/decision. So your comment made my day! Thank you!
This was a very good video! Thank you for being detailed. So many other channels skip steps. There are way too many people teaching and selling courses and have no business doing so. If you have not, you seriously should consider teaching and selling courses on inkscape, gimp, adobe products and anything else you got an understanding of. You're a very good teacher. Thank you! I would love to see GIMP too!
I always discover videos that for me seam the best in their category. Oh, I am sure this is the best I found today! So clear! All seams so easy now. Thank you!
Thank you for great instructions. I looked at some videos and could not follow what they were doing. This video has helped me so much! I subscribed. I can't wait to see more ☺️
easy to follow tutorial! thankfully i have a background in gimp and ps6, so inkscape wasn't too scary, but this really helps apply what I know to cricut!! thanks so much!!
hello, am stuck at 'fill bounded areas. when i click on the icon and try to colour it tells me 'select image to trace' .it doesnt colour.what could the problem be?
