Thanks for Settings explanation Using Flycast on Android Getting Line issue in MvC2 Now its fix + more knowledge gain for othergames for their specific graphic settings 🤝
mah pointless tutorial, i like the original resolution with an accurate hdr crt shader...those texture and asset are not meant to be upscaled that high in most games.
@@warpedpolygon well, when you will cover Sega Genesis don't forget about MDapt and GDapt which finally eliminate dithering as it should be. Oh, and these death to pixels shaders
@@vitaliydubkov4008 thanks for that info, wasn't aware of these till now. Awesomeness! Yes, I'm not a shaders guy myself. I'd prefer straight up clean raw pixels, in most cases.
@@warpedpolygon well i prefer MDapt+ScaleFX shaders+MiyooMini CRT overlay. But to each it's own. MDapt doesn't damage the sharpness of pixels but eliminate these checkboards and vertical lines dithering (if you put vertical lines on 1 instead of deafult 0 in shaders settings) I think MDapt/GDapt awareness will help alot of Genesis fans to enjoy their games more, if they didn't know about them before.
@@warpedpolygon Yeah I noticed that too! On Linux, it's A LOT BETTER with Vulkan. I use Batocera and Vulkan works great but OpenGL is best on Windows and 2nd best is Directx11

Glad it helped
very good video, this helped a lot
Can you do a Best Settings & Graphics Guide video for RPCS3 and Xenia?
Yeah I can cover those at some point! RPCS3 will be first tho.
For each game you need to check the rpcs3 wiki for best parameters. A bit tedious, but works great then ! RPCS3 is a fantastic piece of software 😮
Thank you for this. 🤘Flycast is looking great with these settings.
it worked perfectly for steam deck, thank you so much
Great to hear!
I tried the upscaling video but the text in games like Soulcalibur still looks blurry even if the graphic themselves look great
Oh I've got plenty of ideas. MAME, every settings in RetroArch along with cores specific settings, Yuzu/Ryujixn, Citra, Drastic, Desmume, Mupen64Plus.
I do wanna do RA in its entirety. Then cover the cores one by one

Currently, which is better and more accurate? Flycast or Redream?

Sorry mate! I will go into detail on those settings in the next video. I left it out due to it's complexity
Direct x doesn’t use the gpu though at least for me so i’m stuck using vulkan but it’s not that bad imo
Where can I get the games for it?

Vulkan is being well implemented in some cases, but as a working standard OpenGL and D3D11 are the most solid.
@@warpedpolygon If on a Windows machine with NVIDIA, I tend to prioritise D3D11/12 whenever possible, because it works better on that card too.

I should probably do one as I've still got dreamcast graphics stuff in my head from this one.
