2019 Ram 3500 HO, full delete from diesel dudes, round trip from Salem, VA to Virginia Beach, 17.8 mpg going speed limit in tune 1, 37 inch tires, 5 inch exhaust with muffler , 6 inch bds lift kit, aisin tranny.
@@paulsandum4443 just wanted some insight on how the install went and whether you’d recommend diesel dudes. Curious to know if you did a grid heater delete or not.
the best I ever got in my 22 2500 cummins (it had the stock steel wheels - it was a tradesmen) was 26mpg unloaded on a 400 mile roound trip and that is just setting the cruise to 65 and letting it do its thing - it also had some parts fall off of it.
@@joerapo oh yes its a massive difference - diesels deal better with it than gas engines though - the Jeep guys take a huge hit in fuel economy when they go with big tires.
I watch a lot of video on TH-cam, the mic sounds great and the wide angle video actually made the video more interesting to watch because I get a better perspective, closer to what it’s like to actually be there with you. There are pros and cons to it but the pros outweigh the cons imo.
I got the 4inch with muffler, didnt want to drive my family or neighbors crazy when I start my truck at 5 in the morning. Pretty sure nobody bought a full size truck for fuel mileage... Going to be putting some 38x13.5x20 nitto mud grapplers on my truck soon. Been rocking 35's for a long time, and we'll see what the difference is.
@BlackpowderBBQ I said my family and my neighbour's... I don't care what my neighbour's think but there is a law for noise violation between 10pm and 7am. I start my truck at 5am in the area where I could be ticketed. If I had a louder truck it would piss my neighbour's off and they would call bylaw on me consistently. Costing me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in tickets for violation of the noise law. I don't need to be ticketed, I also don't need to be an asshole like you. The only person here who needs to seek therapy is you who seems to think their opinion was wanted or valued. Your opinion is neither. He mentioned the loud drone of the 5 inch which is why I stated I went with the 4inch with the muffler. Many people who went with the 5inch complained about the exact same thing which was the main reason I went with the 4inch. Also, next time you want to have a freak out moment you should focus on someone's whole statement. My family was the most important part, I could care less how someone else perceives me. Just like I could care less about your opinion. If I wanted the opinion of an asshole I would fart. It would still be more coherent and valuable then your statement.
Camera seems fine. I feel like your voice sounds fine, but it doesn't pick up outside noise as well. But, it's definitely not bad. Hoping to see a dyno run on 2020-2021 Ford 6.7.
Didn't you use to work on a dairy farm in Hague Saskatchewan a few years ago? Like damn near a decade ago? I've worked with you before there I swear, amazing how far along you've come my guy!
great video! everything looks and sounds great! would love to see this tune and delete on a 23 and up 3500 HO aisin cuz im hearing there's aisin tuning now. maybe im worng and still SOL haha
I’m impressed by the small amount of visible PM with the stock tune and no emission components. With that, I’m curious to know just how much scrubbing/cleaning they actually do.
I wonder if you could hear the exhaust better if you put a GoPro on the truck with a suction cup while you drive it rather than a drive by. Love your videos, Camera and audio were great!
I personally dont like the Gopro wide lense looks low quality, but you make it work good with your videos. Best camera for what you do would be a Sony ZV-1, Sony ECM-G1 mic and Sony ACCVC1 Handle tripod.
I have a 2020 Ram 3500 Bighorn Sport long box, S/O with the 68RFE, stock suspension on 35s, deleted with 4" straight pipe, I can average 8.5 L/100km empty on the highway, in town I'm getting about 10.5 L/100km
I’ve got a 2018 3500 with Aisin trans, AEV 3” lift and 37s on the stock 20” wheels. Average 17 mpg all around but see 21-22 on the highway @70 mph. How much better will my numbers get if I delete it?
Great video man, I just subscribed. How about a video on the Banks monster ram intake and grid heater upgrade for the 6.7. I would love to hear your thoughts and see what the dyno says.
Does the adaptive cruise still work with the ECM swap? I’ve got a 24 HO/ Aisin with the ACC, and don’t wanna lose it Videos are great, content is great. New camera and audio are working well. Appreciate the info you share
I’m so glad I came across your channel! Seen your install video on the other truck and now working on getting that kit for my 3500 Dually! Already blown out the EGR gaskets and the exhaust manifold gaskets are leaking. It started around 80,000 miles now it’s 105,000 and been looking for a kit for a while.

Video looks clear and Audio is good. Keep rilling.
Awesome, thank you!
Yes same. probably watced 10 other videos like this but never understood or noticed any difference.
Video quality looks good. Keep the content coming!
I thought you guys were against messing with emission systems 🤔
Video content is legit. Clear Information, straight to the point, no nonsense talk. Great work.
Love the new content buddy. Camera is great, audio is great, and the dyno is next level. 👍🏻
I remember sing in high school with my first Cummins and would have killed for these videos! Lords work brotha

Im in PA near Bethlehem Who did your weight loss because I need to lose some weight on my 6.7 also.
Did it myself, with good help from the videos by Dark Iron diesel and the info sent from the diesel dudes. Took me 3 days, I took my time😅
I''m in Lynchburg and have a 2019 Ram 3500 HO as well. Have some questions regarding your truck. Can you message me?
@@Brewedinva what questions do you have?

19' 3500 HO with weight loss. Running 75hp tune and 35x11.5 tires. WA state. I average 17 around town and 20 on highway
Great Video, love the dyno runs. Video and audio were great on my end, no issues at all.
I have a 2013 4dr 6.7, 5” straight pipe, deleted, 37” Toyo M/T on 17’s, RaceMe tuner, and I’m getting 15-18 mpg. I’m glad to know it’s similar

I was getting 26 with the emissions on

What power level was this at ?
Just took a road trip in my 23 with stock tires and no delete hauling two four wheelers I was able to average 17-18 mph while doing 75-80
Shit that aint bad at all, i barely get that with my 06 mega cab
Video and sound is awesome brother, the truck is beautiful
Great content, I’ve asked like a million questions this week and you answer relatively quickly. Much appreciated I’m a subscriber for life
The quality of the your new camera is excellent, picture is crystal clear as as the audio. Good luck all your new equipment.
I had a 6 inch straight pipe on my 3rd gen 5.9l Cummins. It sounded amazing!

Thanks for the input! I agree I actually quite like the wider angle, give you much more to look at
Another great video. Audio and video quality are great keep up the great work I’m a big fan. I just ordered my kit for the 2023 6.7

🔥Need to see a 2023 HO tune numbers

Video and Audio came through great for me, love your channel!
I've got a 2012 F650 with 6.7 cummins, disappointed with 11MPG, but it runs strong with 800tq setting. You guys are getting good mileage.
Why is 11 disappointing on a med duty?

granted it's older but my deleted 2011 will do over 20 on the highway. 35 inch tires and a leveling kit. Seems to be around 18 for standard driving
Very clear, great video
5 inch with a muffler is the way to go. No muffler sucks and just pisses people off. Nice truck though.
With lifts and tires like that, it becomes about smiles per gallon at that point. You know you're sacrificing when you buy it
Crazy thing is, i have a 22 f250 with a 6” lift and 37s. At 70 mph i get 19-20mpg and im not deleted yet. The epa needs to be abolished
Yeah haha that’s very true
“Smiles per gallon” made me lol. Never heard that before but it’s 100% true.
Good Video , Sound and Picture both good

I’ve got a 2018 3500 with Aisin trans, AEV 3” lift and 37s on the stock 20” wheels. Average 17 mpg all around but see 21-22 on the highway @70 mph.
How much better will my numbers get if I delete it?

Still better fuel economy than my 1500 5.7 which is stock standard
I got a 3500 23 and I toyo mud 35s with the sMe tune and kit from disel dudes I same lift I get 16 miles per
I have an 04.5 with a 5in lift and 37s and I'm averaging only 15.3 mpg but it will probably go down to 13 in the winter

2in level with 37 ATs and hand calculate 14.9 mpg mix driving for a tank of diesel.

That's the exhaust or tires sound? Sounds more like tires
What lift and what’s the wheel setup?
