I wholeheartedly agree with your assessment of the 11 qualities of a mature man, and I'll also add that a mature man doesn't feel threatened by another man's success, prosperity or favor in life. Not only does this not threatened a mature man's nature, it actually inspires him and makes him happy to see other's succeed in life.

Sometimes we think being mature and/or a patriarch, that no one can tell us anything. When someone is giving us advice, we are already forming in our mind a counterpoint. Seek first to understand, then be understood.

On that higher frequency, what matters is the collective consciousness and community, and our own awareness of how we contribute to the collective as individualized expressions of the god principle. The only way to get there and stay there is a daily spiritual practice. But that's just what I think.
