Spot on as usual. And I'd like to add, if you know deep down you're not at fault, NEVER let anyone trick you into thinking you did something wrong. I see this with married couples ALL the time. The guy ends up apologizing for something that was CLEARLY the woman's fault.

This is an honest, nearly perfect list. The only thing I would add, which is similar to quite a few of the concepts that were illiteratated in this video, is don't apologize for being wrong or making a mistake. Yes, apologize for the mistake that you made, or misinformation that you had, but don't apologize for making it. You are only human, and a key part of being human is making mistakes and learning from them. As long as you learn and become better as a part of it, it is not a mistake, it's a lesson; just part of being human. If you continue making the same mistake however, then it becomes a pattern, in which case it is no longer a concept of humanity, but rather your persona and beliefs
