Dip, lettuce wrap, flour tortilla or just by itself, you can't go wrong. Better yet, try all of them, maybe not at the same meal. Tortlla one would make a great breakfast meal.
We have a winner! I popped some potatoes in the oven to bake and served my ugly “Crack Chicken” over the potatoes for supper. My husband thinks it is “Great!”. I am looking for more chicken bargains for canning more ugly chicken. I can mine in pints since there are only the two of us. Only a small amount left for my lunch tomorrow.
