This is SOO good it made me emotional :,) You really DID IT with the pained look on Jo's face at being called an emotional chicken and then all those clips of her looking at Blair and then her getting married :( it was agonizing and I loved every second. Also love the tv set framing with the grainy film filter, absolutely gorgeous!
This is so great. I love the bits at the end with jo/blair. I'm glad that Jo did at least get to be herself for a majority of the shows runtime, its a shame that they decided to have her comform torwards the end. I'd say it could serve as a glimpse into the world of media and its long and terrible run of trying to make women more agreeable and acceptable. I only hope for a better future for others such as Jo.
i love this so much and i’m so glad i’m not the only one who thought that Jo was really out of character in season 9. i have no problem with her being more girly in theory if she wanted to but the way they did it made zero sense because she was always so comfortable in her own skin and her change of style came out of nowhere.
exactly. we're basically left to assume that jo's new feminine presentation is meant to signify maturity (at long last!), but everything leading up to this tells us it's not natural for her, and all the while she looks less comfortable and confident than she ever has.
woah i really loved this ❤ pls make more videos i always enjoy watching them you’re really talented
