So glad to see a new Jo/Blair fanvid. This one is so cute and I love the song! They're still one of my favorite TV couples. The way they smiled at each other and the signs of affection while bickering? They were so obviously in love.
I'm rewatching TFOL episodes from seasons 5 to 9 and yesterday I got to an episode (season 7, don't remember the number) in which Blair is trying to hide from a guy she doesn't want to go on a date with, so she hides, pay close attention: IN A CLOSET. And then, pay even closer attention: SHE PUSHES JO INTO THE CLOSET WITH HER TO TELL JO TO GET RID OF THE GUY FOR HER. I didn't remember watching that at all before. I was in such a shock that I thought I was gonna have a heart attack. That's what I call brilliant subtext. Phew, anyway, amazing video ❤️
I’m literally so mad they weren’t made nowadays because THEYD BE DATING WE KNOW IT. but my lil sapphic forbidden loving heart lowkey likes that it’s just tension that never got addressed but was clearly there?? Like y’all the show was made in times where that stuff wasn’t talked about and when it was it was not talked about in a good way so I kinda like the idea of them just settling for what they believe is friendship because they don’t even know where to begin. BUT DAMNIT
Watching this growing up I always thought they had something going on but Hollywood being what it was, couldn't show it. With videos like this, it REALLY stands out, like Xena and Gabrielle levels of obvious. :)
Ok I found a moment missed… ❤️ S05 E10 Advanced Placement time stamp 2:05 (right after Natalie tells she has a course at Langley, and they all hug) watch Jo’s hands. Love your vids 😊 I check every month to see if you have a new crack edit 😝 😂 for true fans only. I like how you caught a few looks from Blair. Blair always has the focused eyes going, you can tell they were real friends, IRL. Season 5 that yr matched up when they become roommates, IRL. I watch that season with a diff eye.
