When I approached the agents they asked huge amount and hide many things noting many grey area's in the official procedure. Then luckily I saw the videos in this channel, which where very clear and helpful. Even Mr. Thankachan with all due respect was clearing my doubts on his wats app number in time. Finally made the steps very easy and even I got s fancy number online. The agent was asking 15000 Rs but I spend less than 1000 for the entire process. RTO office in Thrissur is NOT Functioning properly even after completing all formalities. Even in Thrissur RTO they completed formalities like vehicle inspection, paid Fees etc. The replay from this Thrissur RTO is as " they are following verification" and it is still continue. I have given application THREE Times as per RTI act, I still got the replay as formalities continuing....

ഏതായാലും official ആയി application submit ചെയ്യുക. ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ലെങ്കിൽ അത് അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിത്തരാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുക. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഭാവയിൽ താങ്കൾ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു എന്നതിനു പോലും തെളിവില്ലാതാകും.

RTO office in Thrissur is NOT Functioning properly even after completing all formalities. Even in Thrissur RTO they completed formalities like vehicle inspection, paid Fees etc.
The replay from this Thrissur RTO is as " they are following verification" and it is still continue.
I have given application THREE Times as per RTI act, I still got the replay as formalities continuing....
ഞാൻ ഒരു up registered ബൈക്ക് ഇങ്ങോട്ടു ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ ചെയ്തിരുന്നു , അതിന്റെ RC book കിട്ടി പക്ഷെ പരിവഹൻ സൈറ്റിൽ ഒരു ഡീറ്റെയിൽസും ഇല്ല , ഇപ്പൊ എനിക്ക് അ വണ്ടി വിൽക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല , rto ഓഫിസിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടപ്പോൾ അവർക്കൊന്നും ചെയ്യാനില്ല ഡൽഹിയിലാണ് അത് ചെയ്യുന്നതെന്ന് പറയുന്നു . ഇനി എന്തെങ്കിലിം ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കുമോ സാറിന്റെ അഭിപ്രായം ?
ഏതായാലും official ആയി application submit ചെയ്യുക. ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ലെങ്കിൽ അത് അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിത്തരാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുക. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഭാവയിൽ താങ്കൾ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു എന്നതിനു പോലും തെളിവില്ലാതാകും.
അത് പോലെ 12 മാസം കേരളത്തിൽ register ചെയ്തില്ലേലും kuzhappam ഇല്ലല്ലോ ..
15 വർഷത്തെ Tax RTO -യിൽ അടക്കുന്ന വിഡ്ഢികളായ നമ്മൾ റോഡിൻറെ ശോചന്ന്യാവസ്ഥ വഴിയിൽ പിടിക്കുന്ന RTO ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിച്ചാൽ അവർ പറയുന്നത് PWD ആണത് ചെയ്യുന്നത് എന്ന്നാണ്.
നമുക്കവരെ വഴിയിൽ കിട്ടുകയുമില്ല.
പിന്നെ ഇവർ എന്തിനു നമ്മോടു ഈ Tax മേടിക്കുന്നു?
