How RTO is qualified to test a vehicle manufactured by an industry?
Or is it not the RTO supposed to check the safety features (which RTO could have suggested at the time period of manufacturing the vehicle) only?

Sir, എന്റെ പഴയ santro car 2001 മോഡൽ ആണ്. 20 വർഷം ആയി. ജൂൺ 2021 ഇൽ tax അടക്കണം 8600/-rs., aug 2021 retest date ആണ്.അപ്പോൾ ഞൻ ജൂണിൽ 8600 tax അടച്ചിട്ടു ഓഗസ്റ്റിൽ retestinu വണ്ടി ഹാജർ ആക്കുമ്പോൾ vandi test pass ആയില്ല എങ്കിൽ tax അടച്ച പണം നഷ്ടപ്പെടുമോ. Test pass ആകാത്ത വണ്ടി scrap ആകുമോ. 20 വർഷം ആയ വണ്ടി scrap policiyil വരുമോ ee വർഷം?

ഒരു സംശയം ചോദിച്ചുകൊള്ളട്ടെ സർ , ഞാൻ വാഹനം റീടെസ്റ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു . ഡോക്ക്യൂമെന്റസ് നൽകി . ഒരുമാസം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും പുതിയ ആർ.സീ വന്നിട്ടില്ല. rc status , അയച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്നറിയാൻ പരിവാഹനിൽ ഓപ്‌ഷൻ ഉണ്ടോ ? RT ഓഫീസിൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ പൗച് വന്നിട്ടില്ല എന്നാണ് രണ്ടാഴ്ച മുന്നേ പറഞ്ഞത്. അവരെ വിളിച്ചു തിരക്കുള്ളപ്പോൾ സമയം കളയാതെ നമുക്ക് നോക്കാനാകുമോ എന്നാണ്.
