We experimented with ours and got a cheapo amazon pneumatic pedal for floor… run airline from compressor to pedal then a 6’ jumper air hose from pedal up to pump… works like a champ and frees up an extra hand👌
@@zapatasgarage9006 While you are at it... might not hurt to change some of the critical metric junk to some good old American fasteners (if you can find any that is!). There are tons of vids discussing improvements to the HF 20 T press. They are interesting to watch. Thanks

That tape is a great idea.
Very nice.
Thanks so much
Really good job.
Thank you so much
Stainless steel bolts are corrosion resistant but they are "soft". SS doesn't have the tensile strength of a Grade 5 or a Grade 8 bolt. Just an FYI.
Thanks Joe,
I will be changing them...
Learn something new every day :)

I understood HF stopped using the cast iron plates years ago and switched to steel. Not true?
I just bought a press (Sept 22) and the plates are cut steel.
Do you have a link to the store that sold the handle for the relief valve? Thanks
How thick of steel have you bent with this set up?
What model your Press is that?
