  • Full print of cube. Seems OK, but could be much better. Too fast for this machine IMO or needs to slow down to make extrusion quality better. Really not bad, but I expect more.
Some gaps on top fill, slice shows those gaps and some are from extrusion not coming out fast enough. PA? Who the F knows.
    600mms, 30KA internal, 30SCV. 600mms external, 12K acceleration, 20SCV. 175%, 25 minutes.
    0.4mm standard nozzle, ABS, 50% fan, 20% fan overhangs @ 150mms @ 15KA, 20SCV. 305C print temp.Flow capped at 70mms3.
    Gotta love 3DP! @!#%@$#^%

    Only 12k on outer walls?

      Yes, I feel so ashamed.

Well what do you run on outer walls? I think 600 at 12k is pretty good! I can only hit 300mm at 15k for an ok quality

@@Tinkerer5888 Typical for me is 300-400@ 30-35K. I wanted to see if the quality would be higher at 12K since 600@30K can be taxing on flow and pressure. Not something seen on internals. Always some test for me.

@@Tinkerer5888 I probably do another one at flat 600 @ 30K and compare. But I feel like 305C with ABS at 600mms needs more temp! So the hot end is not happy at 70mms3(I had this print flow capped at 70mms3 flow) with ABS at a real temp due to maybe the pressure? I am not 100% sure, but seems there is more to it. The good part about this test was it is SOLID print. I try to break it and no way. For me the top fill I can see holes when it was filling in. The infill at 10% was not enough and the stupid slicer shows gaps also where they were when printing. So I need to pick a better line width for this model so divisible by line width.
