- How I Work, URBAN Camp in VAN, Get Amazon Packages in Cities // Most of the time I'm in nature instead of urban camping, but sometimes I have to go into the city for an extended time so I urban camp where I can. In Scottsdale Arizona area I urban camp at Camping World, Bass Pro Shop and a neighborhood area. Then as a digital nomad I need to find places to work that are somewhat quiet and have good cell signal, pick up packages from Amazon locker, and complete all my errands like dumping tanks, filling up, and in this case, fixing computer problems. Such is the life when you're location independent. I used to get overwhelmed at trying to find a new place in every city, but now with my camper van, it's much easier to get around and travel so it's not as difficult now.

Hi, I'm Amber and in May 2017 I started this nomadic journey after selling my house and all my belongings to pursue this crazy dream of living out of my RV full-time and traveling all around North America.
After 1 year of traveling, I sold my 26 foot Winnebago Class C RV for a more nimble Class B Hymer Aktiv van. I couldn't have been more excited to continue my second year in a van that allows me to travel to more places and experience more in life.

Sounds like those security guards over-reacted. I'm sure they have their more than fair share of those that try to camp overnight. However, you were there during the day and they don't have any signs saying No Overday Camping. ;)

Oh wow, I'm going to be down in the Phoenix area next week so that Mesa urban camping tip is fantastic. I also noticed you have the Lumix G85. I have the G7 and was thinking of upgrading to the G85, primarily because I want its image stabilization abilities.

@@AmberJBaldwin Ah yes makes sense. I was there just a couple weeks after that and it had warmed back up, but I was worried there would be snow on the ground. The pepole in Sedona said they had a ton of snow but everything was 75 and sunny when I was there in early March. I was worried that it went back to being cold and wet _again_ .

+Siberian Tiger yes that was the difference in the price between the two. I had just purchased that other computer in December so I got a full refund especially because it’s a known issue with that keyboard.

Security got their marching orders. Zero tolerance. Sheesh.
+Pamela I can appreciate marching orders but harassing somebody during the middle of the day because I was sitting in my van in between shopping isn’t cool. If it were getting dark outside I could understand why they might come over and just let me know the rules, however this started at 9:00 am, then 10:30 am, then 1:45 pm. When I asked for the last security guards supervisor name and number he cursed me and got in his car quickly. This was after he literally yelled at me at me and told me that I was trespassing and that this was private property. Mind you I had been shopping there and eating out at the local restaurants there. I don’t think harassing paying customers is marching orders.

Pretty much click bait, you speak about "harassment" for one minute and four seconds at the very end of the video. Being bullied by "the man" gets more interest than a faulty laptop, I get it, but it's a slippery slope that youtubers fall into. You seem to have integrity and I enjoy your content, but I hope your desire to grow your channel doesn't corrupt that. Waiting for next Alaska video, what happened with your UHG?
