- A lawsuit was filed against The Hilton Hotels and the DoubleTree Hilton in Portland for $10 million on Wednesday for a racial profiling case that made national headlines last year.

Thank you for the follow-up. I will no longer give any Hilton properies any further business for any of my events or seminars. I will also share this video with my colleagues, associates, family and friends; this type of maltreatment (for unexplainable reasons) is unnecessary, unacceptable and truly tiresome. Enough is enough already.

Hilton owns 17 brands and has 5800 properties world wide. You can't keep all employees in check, people fuck up. The hotel fired them and will pay a settlement, good enough for me.

The Portland police filed a report 📑 saying Massey was aggressive & screaming at them. That is why he was trespassed. Massey also claimed to be a FBI agent 🕵🏾♂️. This was under reported by the media too. 🙄. The hotel GM & the night security guard asked Massey who he was but he became rude & combative. He was also in the hotel lobby not by his room or in a pool area, lounge. If I recall it was 130am PST, 200am. ⌚...
@@On2wls the hotel security officer was a 72yr old man. The GM also pointed out how Massey acted, made conflicting statements to the Portland PD 🚔. Massey told patrol officers he was a FBI agent too...

First the Portland PD officers trespassed Massey due to his erratic behavior & conduct. Police also noted that Massey claimed to be a FBI agent & was screaming in the halls(100am 200am PST).
I was evicted out of a Hilton in Myrtle Beach on June 14 2022 at 2 am in the morning. I would like to know how to go about suing the hilton.

That is so unbelievable that happened and must be from their Security training going on now. I used to do that security job at a franchise way back in 1994 and that would not happen at that hotel. Things have changed but I hope this costs Hilton every bit of that 10 mil and more from the other complaints. Hope it bankrupts them as it's despicable how he was treated.
The sad thing is that bankrupting them will put the decent folks out of work, maids, janitors, lower level clerks...people who had nothing to do with treating him badly. I am so sorry for this guy, and angry about his mistreatment.

They call trainings when you are asked to watch a video and answer some multiple/ true/ false questions. Nobody watches the video. People skip to the questions. If they fail the questionnaire, they take it over and over until they pass.

$10 million is nothing to corporations like this. They have insurance that will cover the judgment. They need to sue for $10 billion and that might blow through the insurance and actually hurt them but maybe go for $100 B to be sure.
