Walmart was willing to back up their rogue employee…No. Matter. What.
Multnomah County Sheriff's Shift Cmdr. Sgt. Bryan White said he and deputies on his shift had become "extremely frustrated with a pattern of behavior that they had identified" in the employee calling 911 to report” dangerous active situations such as customers physically assaulting him or loss prevention employees or other Walmart employees while trying to steal and then the deputies determining that that never actually happened."

Had a similar situation happen to me at a plaza. I said a few words to a Security manager via social media and he took it to the next level. His actions cleared everything but months later when he saw me at Starbucks located at a shopping plaza, he told one of the plaza managers ro have me banned from the plaza due to the words I typed ro him via social media. I'm a major supporter for starbucks. Starbucks even invited me to one of their new locations to be a judge at a staff event.
The plaza manager banned me because of what the security manager told him. I never had any problems with anybody at the plaza until the sucrity company that the security manager works for acquired a contract to secure the plaza. I spoke with an attorney and the attorney told me that I have a case. The actual HR/manager from the plaza wouldn't return any of my attorneys calls that was left with the plazas receptionist.
I can sue the plaza for listening to the security manager. I was going to that plaza for a couples years before that security company took over the contract from the previous security company. I never had any problems with anyone at the plaza and I have a budding lucrative business with Starbucks. Why should I not come back to the plaza just because a security manager didn't like what I said to him months before the company he represents took over the plaza?
The security manager was using his business relationship for personal gain. Nothing between him and I has nothing to do with the plaza.

That Black man was mistreated and lied on by that white employee. What other excuses for racism do you need to make? That white man cost WallyWorld 4 million dollars because racism is in the white community's DNA.. The jury saw all of the evidence, depositions, video of the incident, witnesses and looked at all of the facts of the lawsuit and judged them guilty of discrimination based on race. I really don't know why you think there is more to this story. Racism got sued and lost and is going to continue to lose. Wally is going to pay and other Black people are going to sue them if they can't get their racism under control and leave Black people the hell alone. Doing his job professionally and with dignity was too much to ask. He lost his job when minding his own business was free. The only more to this story would be an indepth investigation done of the community that produced him. I bet that documentary would expose a whole lot of people. Brother let them know that he is not to be trifled with and definitely will not tolerate being defamed, slandered and lied on. In the end, racism continues to surround itself with enemies who intend to distribute the pain.
