I do not like the two doors in a bathroom. In the kitchen I’d rather leave the extra cabinets and countertop out and just have it open. It looks like it would be very crowded if you had chairs at the kitchen island.
The discussion of the size is misleading. In my state, singlewides can be up to 80 feet long. They are in the 70 something foot length routinely. My singlewide is 25 years old, with the same sq footage, same separate laundry room, and larger master and master bath (I have the walk in shower, two separate sinks in separate vanities on different walls, AND a garden tub. Mine only lacks the second bathroom door, and it has a large walkin closet in the 2nd bedroom instead. I love my home and like to hear mobile homes presented positively because they have a lot to offer, but lets not act like the world has never seen a singlewide this big before. Most manufacturers have multiple models this large, and some versions have up to 4 bedrooms.
Would this beast fit on the average mobile home park lot?
Thanks for the comment! Prior to buying always ask the park office what is the maximum size allowed!

Not a fan of the master. Looks kind of small. I love the kitchen
Thanks for the comment, we agree, the kitchen is awesome!
