Be like chicken can also be applied on rear wheel lift. When chickens look for worms on the ground, they use their feet. They scoop the soil. It can be applied on scooping the flat pedals. Same direction and form except we use both feet simultaneously..nice tutorial dude. Btw, in the pump track sessioning, be like chicken is also useful.. But pls don't get your hens stressed out..lol

Exact same technique for the second half of landing jumps. Steeper the landing the more you push the bars away to match the angle 👍

Try dropping your heels. This will be a much stronger position and you'll stick to your bike better!
