Thanks for checking out the demo! ✨
How much you paid him for this sponsored video? Just curious
@@mintoure4 he explicitly said this wasn’t sponsored my guy.
@@mintoure4 Sometimes people play games they find interesting!
0:40 "we could die to death" I couldn't have said it better myself.
Just missing fishing and cooking and it'll be better than sea of thieves :p
9:32 cool runnings reference!
reminds me a bit of palia specially the world and graphics. game mechanics are different though. i really like it.
Soundtrack is heavenly
An impressive amount of detail and polish for something in alpha. It's just unfortunate that the art style and graphics are so violently generic. It looks virtually identical to Palia, but all of the dozens of games with Breath of the Wild-esque graphics are pretty much indistinguishable thanks to the default Unity assets they all get based on. It also suffers from the rookie mistake most of these indie crafting games make of giving players flight mechanics, which severely complicates the problem of creating terrain that is interesting to explore and trivializes much of the struggle that makes crafting/survival games satisfying to progress through. And, given the setting, they kind of wrote themselves into a corner with it. It might be salvageable if the glider functioned more like a glider and could only drift down in order to reach other distant islands, requiring the players to need to climb to high points or craft structures that create updrafts in order to get some verticality. That way, it will be easier to gate progress in order to create satisfying milestones through exploration and crafting recipe discovery. I know there's certainly an audience for zero-effort cozy games, but I'm not a member of it, personally.
Im so excited for this game. Can’t wait to watch your play through of this game
Omg the mushroom/ fungus island is so cool
I KNOOOWWW!
Very interesting setup and mechanics in this one. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
Enjoyed playing the demo, can’t wait for the EA release.
that's so cool that you visited Czechia 😍😍 I hope you enjoyed stay in my homeland :)
Isn't this just worlds adrift?
Oh i miss it so much
Thats what j was thinking. That game had so much potential
I still cannot believe that this game is ready for publishing, I got the demo nearly 2 years ago and gave up on it late last year, perhaps I need more patience? lol
This might be my next game after I'm done playing Soulmask. Aloft has been on my steam wishlist for a while but would rather wait for release not much for demos. Did not play Raft. Did play Palworld.
Not sure how the mmo aspect works here? I'm assume this is actually co-op you all misgendered it multiplayer? Multiplayer is 70+ people on a server; at least 30 peeps minimum. Co-op is a group of 3-5 friends you bring in from real life assuming you have gaming friends and most people do not. Can Aloft be played solo?
I've always been troubled when playing games that there was so much sky above not utilized. Been waiting for someone to do this. Evokes fond memories of Studio Ghibli’s Castle in the Sky.
that remind me of aang's glider
Hi
was hoping this game would be more like worlds adrift but using a glider to get around instead of the awesome grapling hook ruins it for me.
First Impression this games graphics hurt the eyes. Very uncomfortable.
is this the same makers of palia?
One time (in a different game), I accidentally destroyed a foundation piece and my entire base collapsed under the instability...
Does this game enable 3rd person mode for all gameplay?
I dislike 1st person mode. I get motion sickness from it.
i am getting very low fps like 10-20 fps on very low settings even tho i have decent laptop
this is weird among all the first person games on next fest this has the same effect as the original half-life, I get dizzy with motion sickness, and it's not even the flying, even the running around part
