lol what’s funny is we’re sleep deprived because of binging married at first sight and not because of Anna 😂
Get a belly band ASAP!! It’s most effective when use after 24-48 hours after giving birth. Also, only keep it on for at least 8 hours a day for at least the 1-2 months post delivery. After that you don’t want to depend on it for strengthening your core, you want to do mild exercises to pull your abdominal muscles back together. I’m 38 weeks and 5 day pregnant with Baby #3. so my time is Near!!!! I’m done ✅😅. 3 girls, age 13, 9, and soon to be newborn. So it’s been 9 long years since my last pregnancy 😅

Do you have a specific band that you recommend?
@@KmiyaMaxine No specific brand honestly. The most recent one I purchased it from Amazon. I honestly just went for one that was black and had great reviews. Don’t remember the brand I have it packed in my hospital bag and actually in line to pick up my daughter from school or I would just look and tell you the name. I do remember it’s a 2 in one band. It comes with 2 belt band. One for your stomach and 1 for your pelvic bone. The brand is just for marketing. Just pick the one with the best reviews. I only spent $30. It was 29.99. All the best to your new addiction to your beautiful family 💕❤️
This really helps me to know what ima have to go through as a first time mom I give birth next week .

I'm new to your channel and you are a amazing mom I have 7kids and it's so beautiful my kids are mainly grown I only have 3 that's still under 18 and although it's chaos sometimes with the 2younger kids I wouldn't trade them for the world me and my husband are working on having a baby because he has no kids of his own and watching all these birth stories is so refreshing knowing that I can do it too I had my tubes cut and burnt but I'm working on getting them reconnected to have a baby soon

To save time u can put the pumps and bottles in the sink let them soak in soap in a container all u have to do is rinse them all when you're ready
Hey girl try birds eye meals there so fresh and they cook themselves usually ready in 15 mins u just stir three times and there ready
Hey girl try pelvic workouts like squats etc to help with that pain--after I had my baby I didn't work out and now I'm having pelvic pain years later and can't do push ups
