So many buzzwords, so little content
As always with the recent FT video contents...
The video is supposed to be about business models, yet it's a generic jargon until she reveals "AI is going to create new business models".
‘May’, ‘eventually’, ‘ I think’ are the expressions used but proof, concrete examples are missing.
It's because they don't have any. It's all a scam. Billions spent on chatbots that tell you to put glue on pizza.
Most sensible talk on AI heard so far...
amazing content
👏👏👏👏
For all the benefits of AI -- it will be exploited, and the US tech companies will find a way to make $$$$ off of it! Overall. financial value you mentioned is the key to US profits for US and foreign investors.
Please dial back on the music soundtrack. It detracts from the content.
Whats with the music?
It’s worse than superfluous,, it interferes in concentrating on the content.
Composed on MuseNet.
I always wonder (philosophically) - to what ends AI & Medical advancements should lead ? Yes of course. New Drugs, better & more efficient prevention and monitoring, new ways of repair (aka: surgery) etc. All that (as rightfully mentioned) for the betterment of aging societies. Eventually: It is all about extending human´s lifespan. i.e. making the individual life longer and (physically) more healthy. But all that, at the cost of social disruption & turmoil. Life is (also) very much about "having an end" and being continued by biological reproduction (aka. children). What AI brings along as Casualties, is an interception in this process. As long as it has (enough) energy to run in these (already) "insane" data-centers it will surpass the human species in mental capabilities, thus manipulating even their creators. In the end it is the (futile) dream of IMMORTALITY and the Ai-Frankenstein "thing" will turn against its inventors. AI is the proverbial content of Pandora´s box.
Still taking your meds?
AI will make big disruptions in the future of Business
This is painful, who wrote this script? You can clearly see the teleprompter in the glasses of the lady.

Fluff content, I expect better from the Financial Times. If I may be so bold to suggest: Bloomberg Originals is doing a much better job.
