Primera vez en este canal.y me llamó la atencion porque me prestaron un libro que habla de la práctica antigúa de los 5 animales creada por un maestro de Taichi G. Estoy aprendiendo y practicando un poco. Gracias, gracias.

Thanks for the full version of practice. Each posture start with preparation Qigong breathing and end up with cool down breathing after full exhale stretching breathing.

Veera Vasinvarthana I totally agree I started with the 8 brocades then moved on to the 5 elements but in both found my transition from each movement disruptive to the flow. Whereas I've been following this demonstration for several weeks and feel the opening and closing of each movement centring the Chi. Breathe in the new exhale the turgid old.

@@rudrashakti108you are right! He makes it look easy, but there are a LOT of components to consider to make it TRUE Qigong👍

By far my favorite qigong form. I like dragon and leopard but I think snake is the best movement.

Snake is fun as hell! I practice it with spear and sword, but the fundamental ideas of the style carry over.

qi gong is a foundation for storing Qi.
as for energetic movement, you may want to pursue or learn the form i.e Xuan Wu Quan, Xing Yi Quan, Ba Gua Zhang i.e.

    • @dr.anchaleegibbins6437
      @dr.anchaleegibbins6437  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@Chi Funk Ba Gua Zhang is different from Zhan Zhuang.
There are 8 special body movements. Move in the circle.
Zhan Zhuang is standing like a tree.

Nice video. Wish you could do one with a more neutral background...the trees and backlighting made it hard to see the detail of movements at times. Same routine as our class.

Does anyone know if this animals have the same correspondance with the elements/meridians of the 5 animals in Shaolin? (dragon-fire-heart, snake-earth-spleen, tiger-metal-lungs, leopard-water-kidneys, crane-wood-liver)?

Thank you for your kind words.
This Five Animals Qigong is morning Qigong. We practice at the very first hour of the day to store life energy. It is a good foundation and help improving our gong fu form.

This is not the popular 5 Animal Frolics but a Wudang version of 5 animals, which incorporates different animals even though the names are very similar.

There are different types of Five Animal Qigong. What I have been trained and practicing is Wudang Five Animals Qigong..it is the qigong that we only practice at the early hour of the day only to store Qi or Life energy. It benefits directly to five specific internal organs - KIDNEY,LUNG,LIVER,SPLEEN AND HEART。
I will update the video, finding nicer location and hope the form I demonstrate will be clearly viewed.

Very usefull instructions about breathing. Thanks for this demonstrations. But if you allow me, teacher, just one doubt, the time of each movements we can change? for example, one time for each movement? I ask that because I've learn this form, here too in youtube, with one time movement and just today I've found your teaching. Anyway, thanks again!
