I am a very personable and extremely extremely good with customer service and interpersonal communications that's usually why I'm hired for it because of the fact that people do like to look at my face and that I am charismatic and good at what I do but I've worked in a lot of places that are more about the amount of money they make not understanding that you'll make more money with happy customers and by encouraging the employees that are really good with customers because they bring more money in the long run and it's an investment. Gosh I wish I could have a chance like that!
