Man, I just cooked up a pack of gizzards with a mustard based sauce and MMM. I also used cumin, allspice, turmeric, and paprika. My boyfriend didn't like gizzards before but he does now! Thanks!

When you wash your gizzards do you pat them dry before adding the spices? I didn’t see you padding them dry so I assume you clean them and then just sprinkle the spices on them when they are wet and put them in the air fryer? I really like the idea of not using flour because it’s less fattening this way!
