Whew...such a fantastic looking cleaver! Awesome job man. Goodluck to both you and all the other knifemakers! And thanks for using my music, it goes great with the cleaver. I'm honered! It was fun working together!
Thank you for kind words Brother! Without your music the presentation scene wouldn't be so cool! Thank you for making this track and all your support Bart! It mean a lot to me!
Definitely the best submission I've seen so far
Thank you very much:)!
Amazing work, Dawid! That thing is a real beast. All of those parts go together so well and look extremely clean, well done! The hard work definitely shows
Thanks Sven! Yes, it's 1,5kg lol... I was trying my best to make it perfect:)! Thanks a lot for support Brother!
Blade looks like the god of war weapons holy moly I want !
Haha, thanks Bas! It was inspired by "rip and tear" by Mick Gordon- It's a soundtrack from DOOM. You can google it :). This track is like a pure fury!
Hell yeah! That is an awesome project! You earned my sub. Best of luck on the chopper challenge!
Thanks Stephen! I hope you enjoyed this build same as me:)! Thanks for sub and watching!
Your cleaver is awsome. Your work is really great and very inspiring. Your attitude of not making straight lines is your secret to success. Keep up the good work!
Thank you Michael! I think, the straight lines can ruin the blade look if the knife shape (contour) have no straight lines (in general- not always, but mostly). Thank you very much for support Man! Appreciate it a lot! David
I love the red handle. It’s really beautiful. Thanks for the tips you shared about fitting the handle with the paint marker. That will come in handy
Thanks Michael! Yes, this is a very cool trick and if case of curvy lines works very good! Thanks for watching:)!
Cool blade, i think this one might be my favorite (still have few choppers to see). Good work. 💪💪
Thanks brother! It was very fun build! A little different than I used to make.
Wow! Just wow, crazy wicked and I can hardly imagine grinding such a beast! Crazy cool 🔥🔥
Thank you Drew! Yes, it was a long session in the grinding room- took whole day!
Thats one beast of a cleaver. I love the shape and look of the guard. It makes it so much more aggressive than it already was.
Thanks Bro! I think the cleaver turn very well with this organic texture on the handle! Wrought iron have this "magic" look! It's unique!
I am truly impressed , excellent work mate !
Thanks brother! It was fun build! Challenging but fun:P
Another level of craftsmanship! Awesome!
Thanks a lot Man!
Hi sir.
Congratulations on your work and glad to be a part of this challenge.
Greetings
Thanks Leonardo! This competition was a pleasure and honor to me! Cheers Man!
That looks great! I love the color of the handle.
Thanks Brother! oh yeah, this handle is one of my favorite! I would even said: it looks better than stabilized maple burl! Thanks a lot for support Hawk! I was busy because of the challenge and I didn't check what you were doing on your channel! This week I'll have more time to fix it:)! Cheers Brother!
Gorgeous piece, kudos man!
Thank you Bro!
Wow man, great job and that handle came out amazing
Thanks a lot for kind words and for watching:)!
You did a great job. Such excellen design. 👍👍
Thank you so much! "rip and tear" by Mick Gordon (song) was my inspiration!
Great job as always David!
Thanks Brother!
Awesome build. That looks fantastic!
Thank you Mark!
Right on man!! That thing is nasty!!🔥
Thanks brother!👊
Turned out really great man!
Thanks Tony!
The cleaver is absolutely beautiful. I could definitely see them add this to Doom. Nice job 👍
Thanks a lot David!
@@DBCraftWorld of course 🤙
Thats awesome chopper,i love that handle and that knuckle guard
Thanks Vladimir! I agree- this knuckle guard add a lot of aggression to the look. Thanks for watching and support Bro!
@@DBCraftWorld anytime
Looks awesome man!
Thanks James!
Amazing blade, I'm a big fun of DOOM and I'd love to see your chopper in action against some daemons! :DI think it has all the daemonic, dark essence from the game, its so cool!
Thanks a lot Marek! I was trying to keep the Doom style around this piece! The idea was to make weapon that every single part is deadly and you can use it to fight! Thanks a lot for support:)!
That wonderful build was certainly more fun to watch than it must have been to create! I really appreciate your use of wrought; I love the stuff, but it is certainly different to work with than carbon steel. My wonderful mother-in-law found me about 80 pounds of good wrought at a garage sale (free!!!) so I have plenty to experiment with. If you lived near by I would happily share.
Haha, It was fun to make! Making something that big is always fun lol! Thanks a lot for the offer! unfortunately I live in middle Europe so on the second side of the globe😂! No idea what would be the shipping cost.. but if I have huge problem with finding it, I'll reach you Bryson! Thanks for support Man!
Nice build. I also am struggling with actual blacksmithing. She is a killer!
Thanks Bro! Good luck in your blacksmith journey:)! Cheers David
Such a cool piece!
Thanks a lot Justin!
Epic, epic build! Love this blade! It may seem crazy, but I enjoy San mai more than Damascus. Great job!
Thanks Benjamin! I'm not a big fan of mosaic and I think, sometimes, San mai blade can create more aesthetic look of the knife, than Damascus pattern in it! Thanks a lot for the support Brother!
That is absolutely amazing. Wow!
Thank you so much!
This is a hell of a chopper! 😎👍
Thanks a lot Man!
Sweet!
Thanks a lot Tony!!
Nice work, the Handel stain is awesome.
Thank you Brandon!
Hi 👋 there man?! I hope you're doing well and I really impressed with this work, because that cleaver looks like the Kratos knifes 🔪 but modern design. I think it's a beautiful piece of art 🎨 nice job 👏 👍
Thank you very much Man! Appreciate it a lot! Indeed, there is something "God-of-War-ish" in this design, but the inspiration was taken from DOOM :). Thanks for kind words and support!
@@DBCraftWorld anytime 😊
Got my vote. Excellent blade.
Thank you very much:)!
Wicked Cool Man!!! 😁👍
Thanks a lot Buddy! Check other guys builds- They made insanely cool blades :)!
Just found this by accident. Very cool, brother. This is Adam from BMB, btw.
Thanks brother! This was a fun build :)!
That thing is amazing!
Thank you Richard!
Nice one, dude!
Thanks a lot Alex!
You never ever want a reverse tapered handle on a cleaver blade… you just made it even harder to use
On the competition chopper and the butcher cleaver you are right and I agree with you. On the kitchen one I would make very different one (not tapered at all... more like pear or hourglass shape).
Just Awesome.
Thanks Mike!
Very cool, Love everything about it man! I would suggest getting an angle grinder to shape some of the bigger pieces. In the end you made a masterpiece but I am sure an angle grinder would speed up material reduction.
Thank you very much! Honestly I didn't thought to use angle grinder at all😅! You are totally right, it would be faster :). Thanks a lot for this suggestion, I'll definitely use it next time!
@@DBCraftWorld =]
Nicely done
Thank you!
Very nice, incredible work. I think it should have been a little longer though, to chop even more stuff:)
Unfortunately I've run out of cans to cut lol! Thanks a lot Man!
looks great
Thank you Andy!
excellent job
Thank you Kinga:)!
If you happen to take suggestions, I think a lapel mic would be an excellent investment. As someone who has hearing issues, the section starting at 4:30 was rather difficult to hear. I think a lapel mic would help increase the production quality!
Thank you for this suggestion and you are very correct! In fact I was using lapel mic, but after it get damaged I back to phone mic.
Can you recommend some good quality wireless lapel mics?
@@DBCraftWorld Unfortunately I am not very familiar with the world of video production and only have a very basic level of knowledge, so I don’t have an idea of which mics would be good, sorry!
Awesome
Thanks a lot James!
Half inch. My man got my attention
hahaha:)! Thanks Man! Yes, the total weight of this cleaver is 3.5lb- it's totally ridiculous, but at the same time crazy cool (I mean, This cleaver is inspired by the DOOM- it can't be light weight! 😂)
Big? heavy? impractical? Who cares?! That thing is sick!
lol! Thanks Man! Thanks a lot:)!
Wicked ❤
Thanks Man!
I like the song 😱
Yes, Bart made hell of the work:)! Love this track and I'll use it again for sure:)! Thanks for watching Bas!
Thank you man🙏
Where are you buying your sand paper rolls or drums. i keep buying Dremel brand, which are good quality but dang....They're expensive!!!
I found 531pcs. on aliexpress for something like $20 (yes- $20!! 😂).. The bolts in rubber holders sucks but the rolls are ok.
@@DBCraftWorld Crazy. I bought a bunch off Amazon but they were trash. These work well?
Mine mine!!!!!!! BLACKWOLF
Thanks Buddy!
Dang I would edc that 😮
lol😂! In case of Zombie Apocalypse it would be a perfect EDC :P. Thanks Buddy!
PE-TA-RDA!!!
Haha, Dzięki Stary👊!
Good knive :)
Thanks Man:)!
Yeah but can it shave hair ..😂🤙👌👏
lol! No, it's just cut limbs off 😜!
Ten nóż jest piękny! Bardzo dobry!
I hope I got that right? 😅
hahaha, Yes, and there is no mistake in spelling lol! Thanks a lot Phil! I didn't watched your video yet, but considering your "presentation outfit"- it's like a cherry on Top of the cake, I want to wait till the last end to watch it😂😂😂!
I hope it doesn't disappoint! But let's never speak of the outfit again! 😅
@@PJTForging Somehow I can understand your point of view🤣
Well i know where my vote is going...
lol! Thank you!
I watched the whole video and waited to see the finished piece of art! What the heck were you thinking? You can't really get a good look at it because it's surrounded in "darkness"! Horrible photos! But I do like the overall style of it. ☹️
Thanks a lot for kind words about the cleaver Michael! I'll post much more pictures on my instagram soon (and my website too). Don't worry, you will have a chance to see with much lighter background! Thanks a lot for honest opinion- it's important to me!
How much
2000 USD
Co to za specjalny i rzadki materiał na jelec i głowicę? Bo jakoś nie mogę wyłapać tego w materiale.
To kute żelazo.
A skąd jesteś?
@@krolcustomworks5404 Mieszkam na południe od Warszawy. Tutaj generalnie jest mało przydatnego złomu :P.
Not being rude but consider not talking on your videos. I enjoy the ambient noise of the work being made.
It's not rude at all Jeremy. I'm curious are people more interested on my content while I speak OR is it better to leave work noise- for me making audio is additional work so your suggestion is not taken as rude;).
thanks for watching and support!
Your personality is awesome but maybe to take some stress of editing off your hands you can cut back on so much trying to narrate everything and just kinda let the work speak for itself. Than just add a little talking here and there because it helps keep you engaged with your audience. So yes talk but just cut back to make your life easier lol
@@mavrick6088 Yeah, I think I'll just pass with narrative. I'm aware my english might be annoying for some people (there is nothing wrong with that- it's normal and ok) and those who will be curious about something just ask in the comment... Yeah.. maybe I'm trying too hard lol.
Looks cool but ultimately useless
Thanks Charlie. The purpose of this one wasn't to make it useful (it's 3.5lb 😂), but cool looking😉, and as you already said it's cool :P. Thanks for watching Buddy!
I surely can appreciate your work, but the commentary is ridiculously boring.
Thanks! Do you suggest to not make any narrative?
doing all his amount of work and the final show piece can’t even see properly due to poor lighting .... what a let down
At the very (very!) last end there are pictures where you can see the details in better light:). Thanks for watching and honest oppinion! This is actually very helpful👊!
I was going to say you may want to get better light but I really wish people were more polite with there critiques lol. Everybody wants high end large scale production anymore! Remember when TH-cam was just sh!ty home videos lol. One of those round lights I see people use I bet would do the trick. They are not expensive
@@mavrick6088 Thanks Mavrick! Yeah, I don't have proper equipment to make pro shots but I'm also sure 99% of people watch the YT on their phones. On the proper size screen the presentation looks much better. But over all those people are right, if I put brighter photo at the end, the video would be complete. Thanks for the support brother!
That’s definitely some trick work !! Who makes that small rotary grinder you use ?
Thanks Mark! This is actually "Flex Shaft Extension" attachment to hand drill. You can find it on amazon! Thanks for watching:)
@@DBCraftWorld that was easy - thank you
