You've inspired me to buy the desk treadmill for my standing desk... I realized that I only get 4-7k steps a day and that's including days that I workout and go running.
Yes, steps are a game changer. People oftentimes don't realize how much they're not walking enough. Steps have really helped to lean me out as well as intense training and healthy eating!!!
