My sister is visiting from out of state we are 2 hours time difference so we are eating breakfast later which means we eat at noon ...after 8 weeks of this my sister noticed a few days ago that I am losing weight even without exercising!!! So, yes, intermittent fasting works! BTW, I will continue to IF after my sister goes back home. I will also incorporate exercising to tone up now that I am losing weight. Yay!

Wrong! I do IF from 9am to 3pm or 7am-3pm and get results. Best to not eat late for most people(studies prove this) and you get to fast in the evening when you can chill and then go to bed...lol

Before I ever heard of intermittent fasting I stopped eating breakfast because I didn’t want stitch on my morning runs and I wasn’t hungry when I got home… after learning about the benefits I now regularly wait until 1-5 pm to eat and I never struggle with my weight!
I'm several days in on fasting 23 & 1/2 hours per day. In other words, I'm eating once per 24 hours. No window of eating, just a medium size plate or bowl of food once each 24 hours. Only water to drink. This has yielded a 2 pound weight loss per day.
I love breakfast and it’s generally my biggest meal of the day! I just IF by ending my eating earlier in the day (between 2:30 and 5:30 depending on my desired IF window) 💕
If you are breastfeeding, you need to eat healthy foods regularly… but preferably not snacking. Hopefully, your spouse can cook bit, or hold the baby so you can eat first. Then you could feed baby while he is eating. Worked for us. Find ways to help.

In the past 4 years or so I lost 20 kgs for the first time in entire life from 95 kg to 75 kg with JUST walking !... Now I got those 20kg back and just walking doesn't work so I decided to work out o. Treadmill and the cycle while increasing my heart rate from 140-160 (I am 35 yo) I also exercise while fasting for at least 16 hours but 0 grams lose and sometimes weight is gained 😢 (I use smart scale) plz help why I no longer lose fat with just walking! not sure if I'll get a reply but during my summer vacation I usually ate my first meal at 2/3 pm,now that my clg has started my parents force me to eat breakfast which in beginning made me feel nausea, or like vomiting feeling. The thing is, I used to wake up at 1pm on my holidays that's why I wasn't hungry but now due to college I need to wake up at 6am, and attending lectures with empty stomach till 2pm..idk should I do it?

Intermittent fasting can be fir everyone, even for those that eat in the morning, they can set their own eating time and fast after that all day long, I'm a morning eater as well but because I have so many things to do it's better for me to fast all day long till dinner, and if you fast for example 20 to 24 hours, you can have the big breakfast that you want and include at leat 30 mins exercise or walking!

3 meals? Maximum 2 meals in a 6-8 hr window for the beginners, even that is too much OMAD should be the goal some extreme people go 3MAD(3 meals a week) and are completely healthy.

I eat at 7am then at 11 and don’t eat for the rest of the day. It worked way better for me I don’t eat for 20 hours before I used to eat till 2 then 6 and for some reason the 7 to 11 worked better. I get better workouts at night I sleep better.
I did intemittent fasting. 16hours no meal. No carbs, sweets and oily food. In less than 2months i lost 10kg. Twice meal after 16hours but less and slowly eating.

Waking up hungry could just mean that you're eating too frequently or you ate too late and you're just now feeling the effects of ghrelin. So yes if you wake up hungry you can do IF and train your body 😅 you could even have an early window.
You'd always feel hunger when you fast but it''s a good thing hunger comes and goes in waves, the body can get used to different eating schedules, so stop the bs, fasting is good for everybody (of course except people with serious problems who have to suggest with a doctor before trying)

This is a ridiculous video. If you wake up “starving” in the morning, just eat in the morning, and fast until the next morning, once you are finished eating. Also, once you adjust to fasting, hunger hormones are much easier to manage.

I skip breakfast a lot cause I have a job to get to honestly😅 But tbh if not eating much made me lose weight then I'd be the skinniest person cause I've been homeless most my life with my mom and your lucky to get one or two meals so im use to doing that, i just wanna study on this more, cause i need a boost of metabolism. I've been losing a bit of weight recently too lol i first noticed it was at 280 and im now at 271 so its went down good so far. Ive also been using HelloFresh which has GREATLY shown me how much food i should eat/buy to fill both me and my mom. We had no idea just 10 ounces of meat was all we needed! Amazing tbh lol i am gonna study more on calorie intake

Tried it but calorie counting works better. Im too busy with baby and then my eating window closes before i have a chance to eat enough 😄

I do that and i cut my calorie intake to 1400 to 1600 a day and it helps alot

Your window of eating is up to you. You don’t have to skip breakfast for IF.

If you're the type of person who wakes up hungry, you might not want to do IF. There are many other diet options.

It is so odd how IF is becoming popular now because i was raised on the idea you want to fast at least 12-14 hours between dinner and breakfast.

It’s not advice about fasting. The message is that you don’t have to do IF if it doesn’t suit your preferences.
I skip breakfast a lot cause I have a job to get to honestly😅
But tbh if not eating much made me lose weight then I'd be the skinniest person cause I've been homeless most my life with my mom and your lucky to get one or two meals so im use to doing that, i just wanna study on this more, cause i need a boost of metabolism. I've been losing a bit of weight recently too lol i first noticed it was at 280 and im now at 271 so its went down good so far. Ive also been using HelloFresh which has GREATLY shown me how much food i should eat/buy to fill both me and my mom. We had no idea just 10 ounces of meat was all we needed! Amazing tbh lol i am gonna study more on calorie intake
