Holy crap... And people call me a nerd for having 3x 46" displays on my gaming system. This is just beyond real! How much did this setup cost to build and how long did it take you?
Brilliant..! As an Ex Airline Pilot and Flight Simmer since 1990's this is a dream cockpit. I have built several (very basic ones). Even asked my former wife (an Ex Hostess) to bring me coffee in her uniform - unfortunately that did not go down too well..! Never mind keep up the good work..!
That is the most outstanding home setup I have seen to date..how you integrated everything is mind boggling..you are either an electronics wiz or you work in avionics..if not then you just have a great eye for fabrication
@lifewithconor It's called a trim wheel and it is used for manually trimming the stabilizer. It allows the pilot to set the aircraft to the desired altitude without having to move the control stick.
A really nice set up you have there and some stunning flying as well. It must be great to have this set up in your home, much better than a single monitor and a joystick.
Nice setup. I see you have the same problem as I, when you disengage A/T and A/P, the switches on the MCP don't actually flick back. @ 5:53 you're doing it manually. I'm thinking of solenoid switches and convert my MCP.
Just remember... Only full flaps on a Short Field Landing and reverse thrust is off at 70kts not 60kts. Other then that, great landing, great video and awesome home built cockpit :-)
I AM AMAZED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything is linked up, i wasnt expecting the other yoke to be working......This must have taken you years to get right. Superb !!!!! This has to be on a par worth some commercial sims ?
that would be cool, but at the same time your stuck flying the same plane. I would love to see a DIY bush pilot cockpit, would probably be simpler to make and more affordable. I like how your trim and pitch wheels move and controls move while the autopilot is engaged. Did you build this yourself?
@skeabrae I am also a former Swiss Air Force Pilot ( F/A 18 C Hornet ) Fighter Pilot and I simply can agree, great cokpit.I have in mind to build up for myself one cockpit. my question is only, where I can buy all this panels??? any web links? ..thank you
@sfiniraq I agree lol... but it shouldn't stop your passion maan ... your passion inspires people who want to follow their passions as well.. but that is bad ass cockpit !!
fantastic and impossible!! I think people who built such cockpits were captains in their previous life and their last flight went wrong, now they feel they wanna fly but also feel it would be safer to do it at home :))
Dude... that is so cool ! :)) Talk about hardcore, I'd love one of these things, and I don't even play flight simulators. A helicopter cockpit would be sweet as well.
hi your simulator has impressed me where I can get unou of these and how this costing? Where I can get there as a company has been slow to build it? regards
Very impressive simulator well done! (PS If you ever have to be the hero and a land a real 737 in an emergency don't get rid of the thrust at 100'... it would hurt like hell) ;-)
Can someone help me, I've seen somewhere there is like a real pilot simulator and i can't remember the name or where it is. I'm planning to see if its possible for me to go there for my 18th
wow....good landing:) My dream is to have a home cockpit like you, but i'm 13 and I don't have enough money and time to build. How much money have you spent??
@lifewithconor I forgot to mention that the trim wheel can be adjusted automatically when the autopilot is engaged or using the electrical trim switches that are located on the yoke for the B737.
It has working A/T's !!!!! That is amazing! The whole thing is amazing.
Holy crap... And people call me a nerd for having 3x 46" displays on my gaming system. This is just beyond real! How much did this setup cost to build and how long did it take you?
Pretty impressive !!! Talk about "as real as it gets" I think I want one !!

Probably the BEST home simulator I have ever seen!
You are the undisputed Champion of home Sim designers - even when mine was finished it still looked like what was left after a bad crash.
Now if i could just win the damn lottery that would be on my shopping list. :) Absolutely amazing setup you have man, you are so lucky.
Poor girlfriend!
I'm impressed by your cockpit. Nice landing too.
I wish I had the room and money to build something like this!
amazing, as the plane was turning i found myself leaning into the turn. Bravo sir.
can someone tell me how much did that cost ?
Where to call when something will broke? For the techs at the airport xD?

How did you get all the panels for this? Must have taken an eternity if you made them yourself, especially the wiring..
nice landing an nice cockpit man i wish i had a home cockpit
That autopilot panel is the vrinsight boeing one isnt it? im getting the airbus one!
it looks like a real cockpit really good
Do all of those buttons have a use or are they just there to make it look good???
@sfiniraq I agree lol... but it shouldn't stop your passion maan ... your passion inspires people who want to follow their passions as well.. but that is bad ass cockpit !!
@Vorox144 still itlooks pretty epic. too bad the screen doesn't wrap around the cockpit though...
hi mate, its really nice i like it, what size screens are you useing?
do you have like hydraulic actuators moving the throttles (the autothrottle is moving them)
TSS 737 Sounds. I hear that on the flaps sound :p Great vid!
@brapintap check out at 4:47 dont think too many pilots have a usb keyboard to check their planes view!!
fantastic and impossible!! I think people who built such cockpits were captains in their previous life and their last flight went wrong, now they feel they wanna fly but also feel it would be safer to do it at home :))
where did you get all the gear for that from? - So cool by the way
@sfiniraq Why do you think the second seat was place there? :-)
Very nice sim, exalent landing , curious where u buy that and how much did it cost?
Dude... that is so cool ! :)) Talk about hardcore, I'd love one of these things, and I don't even play flight simulators. A helicopter cockpit would be sweet as well.
What website did you go to get stuff like this? O.o
Hi
can I know which sounds do you use for your 737? Arianne or Synchro soft or other sounds?
Thks
Giosuè
congratulations for the cockpit ;-))
Man thats a nice set up
@Lukasg1997 wow...my respect...and how many money have you spent?
Very nice! The only comment I have is the auto pilot doesn't seem to be able to move the yoke when yawing. Otherwise, very nice setup! Impressed!
@MrViscoo usually you make the cockpits your self... bu you can also buy them for 30.000€ or so..
Did you build that or did you buy it already made cause i want that.
Epic vid and a lucky guy to own this but I have one question.......What happens when you get bored of flying a 737?
what is the view you are using for all the monitors
Is that four(4) monitors or three (3)?
wow! how much did this cost? :/ and what monitors do you use? :)
Great Stuff. Please tell us about the exact configuration.
Man, I wonder if someone built an amazing 747 home built simulator.
What Software are you using?
@exflorer Did you build that yourself?
Few more work needed to make the speed brake deploys automatically from the armed position when it touches down on runway.
Dude!! That's not simulation, that's EMulation!!! Outstanding!!
do you fly it always on your own? It is way more fun to do with two :) nice cockpit btw.
What software? PM (which sucks), Simavionics or ProSim737?
How did you got it together this is sweet
Man...simplity the best...superb , what a beauty !
How much spent on that? decent cockpit
Which Software do you use??
I have just one question: how much all this staff ?
hi your simulator has impressed me where I can get unou of these and how this costing? Where I can get there as a company has been slow to build it? regards
this is schiphol (the netherlands) atc.
where can u buy a a prefabricated setup like this?
you ever tried doing multiplayer with that so you'd have your own ATC?
why so much shakeing with the joystick at landing approach?
Where did you get this cockpit??? I want to get one!!!
Great simulator do you use an online atc?if yes which one?
mt bacana isso, como vc arranjou? vc montou tudo, vc fez oq pra transformar isso em um cockpit??? responde por favor ?:D
Holy! It must've cost a FORTUNE to build that! You must be a success in life!
what program is being used on this?
How much did this cost for you, I want one when I am older.
Is This a Full Motion Simulator?
THAT IS SO FRICKIN WICKEEEDDDDDD!!!!!! how much did all that cost though? had to be over $2000
OMG, Fantastic!!! That is an amazing setup.
where is the screens on the right and on the left??????
amazing achievement, so professional, you could probably rent it to students :)
what software do you use?
How much would this whole setup cost?
what type of video projector do you have? Thanks in advance
you know, instead of monitors you could use projectors and a large white screen that curves around the cockpit for a panoramic view
man this is the most amazing thing I have seen to date how did you build that??
Very impressive simulator well done! (PS If you ever have to be the hero and a land a real 737 in an emergency don't get rid of the thrust at 100'... it would hurt like hell) ;-)
How much does the cockpit costs?
Tanks
how mutch money you need for the home cockpit?
How do you set up the four screen?
Was benutzt du für Funkaddons?
where do you have that ? where you buy that ?
AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Im guessing the estimate cost of building it was around 6k USD or maybe more .. F...ing awesome
Wonderful cockpit !!!
Can someone help me, I've seen somewhere there is like a real pilot simulator and i can't remember the name or where it is. I'm planning to see if its possible for me to go there for my 18th
you flew above my house :D
This thing looks and works better than a commercial simulator I used last year!!
where do you have the throttel system ?
It was nice ;)
And the Landing Check List? RECALL ?
Nice! How much did it cost? What's the simulator? X-Plane or FSX?
Absolutely incredible, you have inspired me !!!!!
What are the voices? Are they just a recording from a real flight? Are they dynamically generated in any way?
lol I dream that some day I am going to have a cockpit like that :) nice video
wow....good landing:) My dream is to have a home cockpit like you, but i'm 13 and I don't have enough money and time to build. How much money have you spent??
How did you build this?
From where do u get this cockpit plz tell me
@lifewithconor I forgot to mention that the trim wheel can be adjusted automatically when the autopilot is engaged or using the electrical trim switches that are located on the yoke for the B737.
