Also, does it help to bold & highlight key skills that are relevant for the job in the resume to help the HR read the resume easily?
It depends, sometimes its the recruiters responsibility or an administrator. Most job boards will prompt you for payment when you purchase adverts, although occasionally your company may buy adverts in bulk and pay via invoice, I hope this helps!
