So Alolan Exeggutor is a Dragon?
Monster Hunter has some really cool concepts of fishes with legs and have a lot of Sand swimming creatures which I find fascinating. Pokemon could perfectly do that too. As for a narwhal pokemon, I'd imagina the basic Narwhal shape but instead of a tusk, a long blade. It would be an intimidating water dark type titan of the deeps, black with light blue neon lists along the side of it's body (since you know they would live deep in the seas therefore bio luminescence), the blade would be positioned similar to the tusk but continue to the back of the Pokémon with a dark blue coloration. Then put on it fear striking glowing yellow eyes, make it have great stats and you're good to go with one of the most badass water pokemon based on this amazing creature.

I'd like to see a poison fairy type, where it looks like the Cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland, but really sinister looking.
Give it levitate, so it just floats in the air. And have its design to be purple and pink strips, with a creepy grin, sharp teeth, and yellow eyes, and give it a purple top hate(as a reference to the mad hatter) and his hat has a skull and crossbones design. That would look so badass and cool

Also, the narwhal Pokémon could also work as a water/fighting Pokémon who’s adept at fencing or sword fighting. I would name it Poissongarde, a pun on poisson and en garde.

God/TOAA except it kinda is since which version of Vivillon you get is entirely dependent on where you live. And that's the only one you can get in game at any one time outside of trading. With Minior, you can get any of its colors no matter where you live, and it's even a nice little Easter egg hunt cause you won't know what color it is until you lower its health. So it IS more impressive than Vivillon by default since you're not locked into a specific color scheme that requires you to trade for others.

A randomly generated colour scheme could be even more random than that. It could literally pick a random hex code, making for so many possibilities it would be more like Spinda. Especially with the spots too, that would be amazing.

Actually, gamefreak tries to make pokemon as many as possible. But there is too many fakemon aleardy so if gamefreak make one that similar to the fakemon one. Gamefreak will think the fans will call gamefreak loss creativity because they think gamefreak copying the fakemon. So why in every generation pokemon is slowly become less. (Except for gen 5 but they use similarity with kanto)

Palkia- 30 boost on both attacks, 20 on both defenses.
Abilty: Space Shredding: Upon Palkia reaches half of it's HP, Space distortions prevent the next opponents move from hitting, including moves that never miss.
Signature: Distorted Space, one target 120power 90accuracy special attack move that breaks all Screens, Rooms and protective moves (like aurora veil, Protect and trick room)
Dialga- 30 boost on both defenses, 20 on both attacks.
Abilty: Time control: Dialga nullifies every change on the speed Stat of any pokemon in the battle as long as it's in battle as well, this includes boosts from items like choice scarf and moves like trick room.
Signature: Time stop, for the next turn, only Dialga (therefore it's trainer) will be able to take action, can only be used once in a battle and takes effect immediately after Dialga uses it, meaning if it attacks first, the opponent won't be able to do anything that same turn.
Giratina- Altered form: 30 boost on both defenses, 10 on both attacks and 20 on speed.
Ability: Distortive pressure, nullifies immunities of opponents (like ghost being immune to fighting) and decreases the damage of super effective hits of ALL pokemon in battle.
Origin form: 30 boost on both attacks, 10 on both defenses and 20 on speed.
Ability: Pure Distortion, apart of providing Giratina with Levitation, it applies Contrary to every pokemon including itself (not changing it's ability to Contrary, but instead for example if an opponent uses dragon dance, it will lower it's attack and speed)
Signature: Matter Degeneration, traps the enemy pokemon for 8 turns damaging it for 1/14 of it's HP each turn. During such effect healing moves will only heal half of the total hp they would usually heal.
For Giratina to alter between the 2 forms and still mega evolve or go Primal, you would either make Griseous Orb an item like the Gracidea for shaymin (which is the best option in my opinion) or make it it's Primal required item (like the red and blue orbs for groudon and Kyogre) the Griseous orb and do the same to the other 2 with their respective orbs, while having another item or requirement for changing it's form.
I’m also pretty sure that the Swords of Justice are fighting type to represent fighting for justice, like a knight or paladin.
Oh also I would really like to see an angler fish pokemon :D

About the random-coloured Pokémon... I distinctly remember that in Pokémon Stadium II (Nintendo 64), a Pokémon could slightly change its colour/ shading depending on its nickname. It was really cool, and a shame this hasn't been used since in the 3D games.

I just realized a knight uses a sword and a sheild to fight a dragon in myths, each box legendary represents a sword and a sheild respectively so the third legendary is most likely going to be a dragon type... again...
