each their own. the health benefits are so wildly positive in what i've read; the approach, quite cautious, was athletics/mentally-minded. v v mild microdosing. enough to chill my nervous system, where i tend to experience a shit ton of hammy lock ups.

Probiotics are bacteria or yeast that are good for our health. Tequila is mainly alcohol and water. Sure the alcohol was obtained using living microorganisms, but after distillation, (heating the fermented agave at 100 degrees Celsius), all the microorganisms, probiotics or pathogens die.
If anything, consumption of alcohol will negatively impact the ecology of your microflora.
